Cozy holiday home in a green oasis

Newly renovated, cozy holiday home (75 m²) located on the outskirts of Erfurt, between the zoo park and the sailing and leisure area Alperstedter See and the beach Stotternheimer See. All these goals can be safely reached by bike.

In 12 minutes you are right in the center of Erfurt, where you can discover the historical, cultural and culinary advantages of our state capital.

There is something for everyone, from calm and relaxed in the many parks and historical sites of Erfurt, to sports activities in the sports centers. Seasonal events such as the Christmas market, the wine festival or the Krämerbrückenfest invite you warmly. Also, the onion market in Weimar or the Cherry Blossom Festival in Gierstädt are popular destinations.

After a busy day, you can rest in our apartment to recharge your batteries for the next day.

Sulzer Siedlung
Die Lage ist am Stadtrand von Erfurt und daher sehr ruhig, wie gewollt. In der direkten Umgebung ist nichts besonderes. Zum Zoo kommt man gut zu Fuß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig ung so lässt es sich auch bei extrem schlechten Wetter aushalten. Für uns war neben der Ruhe ausschlaggebend, dass wir auch ein Quartier für unseren Hund hatten. Für gehbehinderte nicht geeignet, da eine sehr steile Treppe zur ersten Etage geht. Jederzeit gerne wieder und liebe Grüße an unser Vermieter

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Problemlose Abwicklung und sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Auch mit den Hunden war es kein Problem. Trotz der nahen Bahnlinie ruhige Wohngegend mit Anbindung zur Natur für schöne Spaziergänge mit den Hunden. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist etwas steil, was vielleicht in den Objektangaben berücksichtigt werden sollte. Sonst alles perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Toller Startpunkt für Erkundungen mit Einschränkungen
Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Erstaunlich empanden wir, dass es sich hier direkt um mehrere Ferienwohnungen handelt. Dadurch schien es ein Kommen und Gehen, zumindest haben wir den Überblick für unsere Nachbarn verloren. Insgesamt sind wir sehr begeistert von der Wohnung, denn alles scheint ziemlich neu zu sein. Nur leider die Matratzen nicht. Wir hatten alle drei Schwierigkeiten mit Rücken etc., da die Matratzen durchgelegen schienen. Insgesamt empfanden wir den Aufenthalt dennoch als sehr schön und angenehm. Kontakt mit den Vermietenden hatten wir nur bei Check in und Check out.

Schöner und interessanter Urlaub
Für uns ist das Haus eine sehr gute Ausgangsposition, um Erfurt, Weimar und die umliegenden Landschaften zu erkunden. Das Haus ist schön schlicht und funktional eingerichtet und man kann gut darin ausspannen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuverlässig! Wir empfehlen das Domizil auf jeden Fall weiter!
