2 bed/2bath spacious Penthouse corner apt. overlooking the quiet pool which is heated in the winter. The apartment is outfitted with brand new furniture and has upgraded gel mattresses and bedding. Master suite has super king bed and guest bedroom has queen bed. There is also a double sofa bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with tub and shower along with 2 sinks and a bidet. The master bedroom has 2 juliet patios overlooking the pool and gardens. The second bedroom has a juliet patio over looking the gardens. There is a family bathroom with bathtub, bidet and overhead shower. There are total of five pools on the property, along with numerous tennis courts, sport courts, children's soccer field. The beach is a 3 minute walk where you will find 2 chiringuitos bars. There are many top notch golf courses nearby and many adventurous site seeing areas to visit. The apartment has it's own WIFI and T.V. which includes U.K. channels and numerous channels from other countries as well. (Other T.V. channels include German, Italian, Spanish and more) There is a front and back porch. On the front porch a breakfast or lounging area and on the back porch an additional eating area overlooking the pool which seats 6. The apartment has a new washer/dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped. The lounge is big and spacious with a fire place for chilly nights in the winter. The apartment has central air conditioning and heating. The El Presidente is 5 minutes driving from Puerto Banus and 10 minutes outside of Estepona. Site Seeing adventures nearby include Gibraltar, Ronda, Granada, Morocco. Fabulous Apartment
This is a beautiful apartment where we enjoyed a lovely 5-night stay over Easter 2024. It is very comfortable and extremely well-equipped and was immaculately clean. We have stayed in many different apartments in El Presidente over the last 20 years, and this is without doubt one of the nicest and most comfortable. Tracy - the local property manager - was very accommodating too, allowing us to check in early, and leaving a much appreciated bottle of Cava and a bottle of water to welcome us on our arrival. Thank you so much Faith & Philip - we will definitely be coming back!

15 days in paradise
We originally booked 8 nights and within a day knew that we had to extend our vacation by an additional 7. We fell in love with this property and Estepona. As experience travellers, we have stayed in all sorts of accommodations in many different countries and this is the first time we felt as if we were at home. The apartment is located in a beautifully landscaped urbanization a short walk from the beach and between two lovely towns; Estepona and San Pedro de Alcantára, both about a 10 minute drive away. The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable, the showers great and the large sunlight kitchen is perfect for creating home cooked meals with the freshest local produce. The property manager is cheerful and very helpful and the apt owners Faith and Phillip provide detailed instructions and information about the apartment and the area. A perfect holiday location!

A beautiful apartment with absolutely everything you need for a worry free vacation. The owners and property manager were so wonderful with lots of local information and secret places they love to visit. So helpful. We loved our stay and hope to return again one day soon.

Unbelievable landscaping, pools, varied buildings. Safe area. Great house keeper. Friendly tenants. Nice unit. Major issue is you must travel on A7 to get to nice area and restaurants like Estepona (5 miles) …very dangerous with entry cars starting from stop position……A7 serves all beach towns.

Perfection
This property was the absolute ideal! From coffee on the balcony, to the gorgeous walks through the grounds. The beach was beautiful, the pool was perfectly refreshing. As a home base for adventuring this property has everything you need. I can't wait to come back!

This apartment is really lovely in every way. We were greeted by Tracy on arrival who was so welcoming. The apartment was absolutely spotless and we immediately relaxed as everything was so comfortable and clean. The balcony is lovely, sun from morning through to afternooon. It's a quiet complex but there was plenty to do. Our son (12) and daughter (10) enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. (Tennis rackets and balls are kindly provided by the hosts. Also noodles for the pool.) There are two small football pitches as well. A great holiday in a beautiful apartment. We hope to return.

Our stay in Estapona
The property was very well maintained. there was a team of staff constantly working on the gardens and pools, The apartment was very good It was well represented by the photographs on the website. We had a few issues with the kitchen. The oven was very difficult to control as a result of which, several meals were spoiled. There were a few omissions in kitchen equipment most of which would not matter if the stay were for a few days or a week. We stayed for two months so we had to go out and buy thins like a teapot and a knife sharpener. The apartment is on the second floor which was great for a view over one of the pools but it was a long slog up and down the stairs particularly with shopping or luggage. Overall it was a great stay and we would seriously consider a repeat stay

Relaxing holiday in a lovely apartment
My family and I had a very relaxing holiday in this lovely apartment. The apartment was very comfortable, quiet with a great view over the pool and gardens from the balcony which got the sun in the morning. My teenage children really enjoyed the tennis courts and both the heated and other swimming pools available. We found it an ideal location and base with trips to Gibraltar, Ronda, Puerto Banus, San Pedro and Marbella during our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment and would gladly book again when returning to the area.
