    This exclusive, stylish holiday villa is situated in the small fishing town of Fažana, on the sunny Istrian peninsula. It is an ideal place for families and for spending unforgettable holidays - you can wake up with to the sound of birds and take in the perfume of Mediterranean plants. Newly built (2019) designer villa (150 m²) with a of the sea and the Brijuni islands, featuring a garden, terrace, outdoor kitchen with traditional stone grill and table tennis

    From the upstairs terace you can enjoy a beautiful view across the town towards the sea and the Brijuni islands. And the downstairs living area opens onto your sunny terrace with an outdoor kitchen and traditional stone grill. After your barbecue meal you can let off some steam by playing table tennis.

    The unique style of this designer villa is the combination of modern and traditional Mediterranean interior design features, lending it a warm and cosy feeling. The villa boasts a living space of a generous 150m², spread across two floors. It can accommodate up to eight guests and is recommended for families with children or three couples. The ground floor consists of an open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. This bright and airy space is equipped with air conditioning and SAT TV and offers the perfect environment where you and your friends can rest, watch TV, prepare and eat long holiday meals together. The top modern kitchen is complete with dishwasher, Ceran cooktop with stainless steel extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is also one of the three bedrooms on the ground floor (all three bedrooms have their own, private ensuite bathroom and are furnished with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a flat screen satellite television and air conditioning units). The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a rainshower, wash basin and toilet. There is a separate guest toilet for added comfort. A staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you find the other two bedrooms, one of which in addition to the king size bed also offers a double sofa bed (this bedroom sleeps four persons). The two bathrooms on this floor have the same equipment as the one downstairs. Upon request, a travel bed can be provided for a child.

    The beach is about 500m away. A supermarket is approximately 300m away. In Fažana you can rent bicycles and there are daily excursions to the Brijuni islands on offer.
