Asked to put our small carry bag on board informed them as flight is already 3omin delayed we will miss connection. Had to take things out of bag on the ground and give bag for hold. Told to collect it at bag reclaim D20 which didnt exist then D31 and it did nt arrive. Then told it would nt arrive at this reclaim area for 2 hours!! Had to go back through security and missed flight to Wichita. Now re booked and wont arrive untill 11.43pm. Hotel Shuttle now finished and we are travelling for over 24 hours. Freezing as cardigan and coats in bag taken from us. If our bags dont arrive in Wichita we wont have clothes for sons graduation and will be exhausted. GOOD fare but not worth it for this hassle. Will revert to Aer Lingus in future.
