We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your accommodation, though we can't say we fully understand your complaints. In the future kindly let us know what kind of storage you would like to find in a hotel bathroom, or what makes the hairdryer "unpredictable" (since it is not broken or even faulty) and we will try our best to accommodate for your requests. We would like to mention that, as we already pointed out when you first raised the question, the issues with the BBC channel were due to the fact that they were broadcasting live footage from a war zone, our TV was completely fine.

Dear Carmela, thank you vey much for taking the time to share your review . We are very happy and proud you have enjoyed our perfect location and the kindness of our Staff. Regarding the cleanliness, we have to tell you the truth : we are very surprised regarding your words. For the whole duration of your stay you have refused the daily cleaning service, the do not disturb sign was hung on the door handle every day and you never asked for the room to be cleaned (one day you asked to take away the garbage bag and to have an extra luggage rack, nothin else). You have not made any requests or have reported the presence of insects or ants (we did not find any of these in the room when you left) . You have stayed four nights , of course it is possible to find some dust on the floor if it is not cleaned for four days. We are very sorry that you have had this inconvenience but if you had allowed us to clean the room every day as we normally do, you would not have had this problem. However, we thank you for having been our Guests and we hope to welcome you back in the future. A warm greeting from all of us.

Mr Alex, you have already written your review on Tripadvisor and our comment are exactly the same : It is amazing to read your comments about the room since, at your departure,we had asked if you were satisfied and if your anticipated departure was caused by any problem in the Hotel and your answer has been " no , only a change of plans". All the criticism have been totally misrepresented and reported the intention to cause damage to our image . Honestly, we do not understand why since all our Staff has always been friendly to you, your wife and your daughter. At the Reception, we were not told about any problem with the room size or the dust . Hundreds of reviews reward us for the cleaning service, our Housekeepers work hard every single day to guarantee high levels of hygiene. No strong stench in your room. And no dust felt on your feet. We are absolutely sure of this , all the rooms are inspected individually every day and we do not allow you to denigrate our colleagues' work. Regarding your thought about the review on Hotels. com...another false information as we are not allowed to change anything regarding your booking ( and also we did not expect this review from you after your departure) Of course you had to wait the last day of your original stay to have the possibility to review the Hotel.. Last thing...we are sure you have not paid $160 for one night for a triple room , maybe it is the amount for two nights!!! In order to prevent similar experiences in the future, we strongly recommend to pay more attention on the choice of the Hotels, our high level standards in a three stars Hotel are maybe not enough for you. Therefore, we send you our best regards.
