Paid for 5 nights for a reservation of for 4 nights
We requested to amend dates of reservation to stay for 4 nights (instead of initial 5 nights) a few weeks in advance. I spoke several times with the property manager and Vrbo but none of them adjusted reservation with the right amount. Property manager was happy to approve new dates but refused to adjust overall amount. Their arguments were basically that it was Vrbo's responsibility and that they made little money after commissions. These are their actual words: ""Los pagos que tenga Ud., con la plataforma son suyos y de la plataforma. Ellos me pagan a mi mucho menos. Yo como no hemos hecho la contratación directamente, no devolvemos nada de lo que no hayamos cobrado." I contacted several times both the platform and the property manager several weeks before arriving to the property but could not resolve this matter. Very frustrating! Ratings provided in this review reflect the difficulties in communication with manager and misrepresentation of the online listing (as the actual amount paid per night was higher that the price confirmed when making reservation).
