Nice hotel. Small room (typical for Japan). Location was OK, but not great - it is on the western edge of what could be considered Tanjin, so to get to the main market and restaurant area is either a long walk or a short bus ride. Close to subway stop. The hotel is right on one of the main streets through Fukuoka. Breakfast is a voucher for an adjoining restaurant and was a minimal buffet. The staff did fine with "normal" procedures in English, but when I tried to ask more detailed questions, they could not understand me. Comfortable and clean rooms. WiFi was very slow in the evening.
