Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including e-cigarettes. The home does have security cameras present, but are not in operation. The one on the back patio has been disabled and covered to ensure your privacy, the camera on the deck by the door is disabled due to wiring issues and will not be repaired, and there is one above the garage in the driveway in operation and one off the upstairs guest room that faces the woods (for the homeowner to have wildlife viewing). This home is not pet friendly, and pets are not authorized without prior written approval from Two Pines.
