The customer service at this B&B is non-existent - they locked us out with a 3 month old child and cancelled our reservation then had no one available to help us even by telephone. They have a three-hour check-in window, from 3pm-6pm, which we had intended to make, but we were delayed due to poor road conditions, traffic, and the fact that we were traveling with a 3 month old. We arrived at 8pm and were locked out of the B&B. No one answered the doorbell and there was no phone to call for assistance. We called the "after-hours" number listed on the booking confirmation but it was out of order, forcing us to call Hotels.com at international out-of-network rates. Hotels.com called the B&B on a different number and no one answered. Effectively, the B&B cancelled our reservation because we were delayed in our arrival then offered no way for us to contact them for late check-in. We spent 50 Euro in out-of-network calling fees talking to Hotels.com to book another hotel at the last minute. Unless you are willing to risk being locked out with no recourse, I recommend against staying at this B&B.
