A superb hotel in a great location.
From the moment you walk into the hotel you experience friendliness and professionalism. The staff across the board are quite superb. This is unfair to some of the staff but the Hungarian bar man, whose name I forget, and Karl O'Sullivan in the cafe were excellent and their standard of professionalism was reflected by all the staff. The facilities are very good and the beds are to die for.
You could do a lot worse than to stay in the Galway Bay Hotel, but you might struggle to find better!
