Best VRBO ever

Location couldn’t be better when visiting Garmisch. It’s right across from the train station, grocery store across the street, and the best view of the ever-changing Zugspitze you’ll find! Property is beautifully decorated and everything you might need is there. Communication with property manager was great. See you on our next visit to our favorite Bavarian town. Danke!

Perfection in Garmisch

We stayed for a week at your lovely apartment in Garmisch. My husband and I agree, it was the best vacation home rental we have ever used. The view, the pristine condition of the beautiful apartment was amazing. Attention to every detail that a visitor might need was clearly evident. Convenient location and stellar view. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, der Balkon bietet einen wunderschönen Blick in die Berge und durch die zentrale Lage ist man schnell in der Fußgängerzone und schnell in den Bergen. Gerne wieder :-)

Fantastische vakantie in Alpennest appartement Garmisch Partenkirchen

Wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad in appartement Alpennest. In de locatie is alles ruimschoots aanwezig en het appartement was heel netjes opgeleverd en gezellig ingericht. De uitbater was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en goed bereikbaar. Het appartement is heel gunstig gelegen, vlakbij het centrum en leuke restaurantjes, je kan van daaruit ook wandelingen starten, maar het ligt ook dicht bij het treinstation en een bushalte. De Alpspitze, Partnachklamm, Eibsee, Eckbauer, Kainzenbad (om te zwemmen), het Olympia skistadion en nog veel meer, alles was super mooi en goed bereikbaar.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Garmisch. Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und hat einen Balkon mit direktem Blick auf die Berge. Das Auto kann sicher in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden und es ist sogar ein Aufzug vorhanden. Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe waren problemlos auch am Abend möglich. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Mooi, goede ligging en erg netjes

Het verblijf was erg netjes en mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg mooi centraal gelegen. De auto niet nodig gehad tijdens onze wintersport. De ski bus stop voor de deur en zet je af onder bij de gondels. Tevens heb je zeker geen geluidsoverlast van het station! Is zeker een aanrader!

Komfort-Ferienwohnung in Garmisch

Wir haben die Faschingsferien in der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung Alpennest verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen. Sowohl die Ausstattung der hellen, liebevoll eingerichteten und sehr sauberen Wohnung als auch die zentrale Lage lassen keine Wünsche offen. Das Auto kann man den Urlaub über stehen lassen, denn die Ortszentren von Garmisch und Partenkirchen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Für die Fahrten zum Skigebiet haben wir den Skibus genutzt, der gegenüber vom Haus hält. Wir haben direkt für die Weihnachtsferien wieder gebucht und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt im Alpennest! Und ein besonderes Dankeschön an Herrn Bährle, der sich bestens um die Hausgäste kümmert und mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung steht.

schöner Kurzurlaub im Spätsommer

Die Wohnung entsprach unseren Erwartungen . Gut eingerichtet, traumhafter Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge. Einzig die Kaffemaschine mit den Pads gefiel uns gar nicht und der Kaffee schmeckte uns nicht.

Perfekte Lage

Wir haben unseren 6 tägigen Aufenthalt als Familie sehr genossen. Die ausklappbare Schlafcouch war super bequem und groß wie ein Bett. Der Ausblick auf dem Balkon war einfach überragend. Die zentrale Lage in der Nähe zur Stadt und zum Bahnhof war einfach super. Die Bayrische Zugspitzbahn fährt praktisch vor der Tür los und Busse sind ebenso kurzläufig zu erreichen wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Tiefgarage beugt der Parkplatz suche vor. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles in allem eine super schicke Wohnung. Vielen Dank nochmal an Herrn Bährle. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Familie Baier

Tolle Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick

Wir haben super schöne Urlaubstage in Garmisch verbracht. Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Die Einrichtungsgegenstände sind alle in einem einwandfreiem Zustand und es ist alles sehr sauber. Die gesamte Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und bis ins letzte Detail sehr liebevoll dekoriert. Hier findet wirklich niemand etwas zu meckern. Das Ehepaar Bährle ist sehr freundlich und hat uns noch den einen oder anderen Tip für eine schöne Wanderung gegeben. Wenn wir das nächste Mal wieder nach Garmisch fahren, dann definitiv nur wenn diese Ferienwohnung noch frei ist.

Fewo Alpennest in GaPa

Wir haben 10 Tage in der Ferienwohnumg Alpennest bei gutem Wetter sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Auch die Küche war mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet. Das Bad ist sehr groß mit Dusche und Badewanne. Es war alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Bus- umd Bahnstationen erreicht man in nur wenigen Minuten. Wir haben nicht einmal das Auto bewegt. Auch die Innenstadt isr fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir könnem die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Tip top. Viele Grüsse aus Münster

Sehr schöne zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung in Garmisch Partenkirchen

Wir haben die zwei Wochen in GAP sehr genossen. Der Verwalter war sehr hilfsbereit. Sogar bei einer Autopanne!!! Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Sie hat eine super Lage mit Balkon und Blick auf die Alpen. Reichlich Abstellmöglichkeiten für Auto Rad und Wanderutensilien in der Tiefgarage. Alles ist von dort aus sehr gut erreichbar. Es wird sicher nicht unser letzter Urlaub dort gewesen sein.

Gemütliche Wohnung

Wir verbrachten die Faschingsferien im Alpennest. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und kann problemlos mit vier Personen belegt werden. Die Betten als auch das Schlafsofa sind für Menschen um die 195 cm gut geeignet. Die Küche bietet alles, was man benötigt. Fehlende Utensilien wurden sogleich ergänzt. Das Tageslichtbad ist mit Dusche und Badewanne ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt verkehrsgünstig. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in Garmisch als auch in Partenkirchen. Direkt vor dem Haus hält der Skibus. Zum Bahnhof (Hbf und Zugspitze) sind es nur wenige Schritte. Wir haben die ganze Woche kein Auto benötigt und so blieb es die ganze Zeit in der Tiefgarage. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich in direkter Nachbarschaft. Auch das Alpspitzwellenbad (jetzt leider wg. Renovierung geschlossen) und das Eisstadion sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Wir haben die Zeit im Alpennest sehr genossen und können die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen.

Zentral/ sehr sauber/ liebevoll eingerichtet

Die FW - Alpennest kann man nur weiter empfehlen !!! Erst mal zur Lage der Wohnung die kann aus unserer Sicht fast nicht besser sein. Sehr zentral in alle Richtungen, zu Fuß, nur kurze Wege. 2 min bis zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit 3 min bis zum Bahnhof 4 min bis zur Zugspitzbahn (Zahnradbahn) zum shoppen braucht man 7 min bis ins Zentrum und der Ski-Bus fährt direkt vor der Haustür ab und kommt da auch wieder an :) also ankommen Auto in die Tiefgarage und alles mit den Öffis oder zu Fuß endecken . Nun zur Wohnung :) Da kann ich nur sagen sie lässt keine Wünsche offen sie verfügt über alles was man braucht vom kleinen Löffel bis zur Wäschetrockner . Die Wohnung ist modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Und wenn es um das Thema Sauberkeit geht dann kann ich nur sagen selten eine so saubere Wohnung bezogen (5 Sterne ⭐️ +) Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gern wieder sobald uns der Weg wieder nach Garmisch führt :)
