Deceiving representation on website regarding hot breakfast and pool. There is NO hot breakfast available, and the pool is closed. Price adjustment required to compensate for the abcence of advertised amenities. However, the management didn’t offer any compensation even after I requested it. The front staff said “ It’s unfortunate that we have no hot breakfast, and the pool is closed” Also, the towels are The dollar store quality and size, not the hotel quality. This hotel is disgrace for the reputable Holiday Inn hotel chain.
