The Hyatt Place is a beautiful property. It was clean and comfortable. It has a nice lobby and gathering area. It was great for us because it was convenient and included breakfast. The downside was the staff. They were not necessarily rude but they were not extremely helpful. The first night we were there, we asked for a fire pit to be lit which is supposed to be done anyway for all hotel guests without asking. We wanted to go outside and star gaze but it was cold. They seemed annoyed and the pit was never lit that whole night. The only dining option was the hotel restaurant and it took very long for the food to come out. The food tasted good but I feel may be they are understaffed which could be the problem and not the fault of the employees.

This property was advertised as pet friendly. They did not mention extra $75 charge for the pet. There is no area for the pets to walk to go to the bathroom as it’s all rocks and dirt, my pet could not walk without hurting her paws. Also was supposed to get room with a view and it overlooking a dirty balcony and dirt road with construction. Preety disappointed.
