Great- beautiful room, excellent staff who obviously enjoy working there, great facilities such as pool and gym, excellent proximity to the best GC beach and restaurants! Highly recommend.

Great place
Has a lovely beach feel to it with units around big (shallow!) pool and well-kept gardens. Across road from beach and central to everything but relaxed & reasonably quiet & Coolangatta still has a lot of its charm. Unit roomy and comfortable but could do with a bit more in way of utensils, glasses etc.

The condition of the room was poor.Bedroom ceiling fan very wobbly and noisy.Drawers in the wardrobe falling apart.Bedside drawer falling apart.Curtains marked and hanging poorly.Bedroom television had masking tape covering the standby light.Sliding doors to the bedroom of the tracks.Large crack forming on right top corner of doorway from bedroom into bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay with resort being right opposite the beach, with parks and shops in walking distance. The pool area was a highlight being family friendly and spacious.

resort was lovely, helpfull staff and great facilities. Location is awesome to. the rooms arent all the same, so what you get might vary, we changed rooms as the one we were allocated was not like the advertised room at all, so we were lucky to be able to swop to a different one, however if we had to stay with the original one, i would have been disappointed. staff were understanding and helpfull when i asked to change, i was pleased they could accommodate this request.

Disappointing
The room was good and met our needs but the cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing. There was food on the balcony along with screws on the floor. There were ants on the work bench, the bathroom window was broken and could not be closed and there was a lot of noise.

First room fridge leaked, phone didn’t work and worst of all BLOOD STAIN on mattress protector. Moved to 2nd room, both TV’s didn’t work and room was below par overall. Moved to 3rd room and this was good. Would not stay here again.

Clean and tidy. Lovely pool area. Good quiet location. Staff friendly. Kitchen very very basic and plates, cutlery glasses need updating. Our apartment slept 4-6 but only just enough equipment basic limited old equipment in kitchen. For the cost I wouldn't stay again because of the kitchen facilities.

Great location but needs a revamp
A great location right near the beach and shops! The hotel is, however, fairly dated with the pool heater broken (which I only found out on seeing the sign at the lift) and rooms pretty average in cleanliness, although this is fairly standard for hotels in the area.

Amazing have been staying here 18 years and it hasn’t changed a bit so new so fresh so modern. We juts wish we could get the little cafe open for chips and drinks but the pool in busy times

Great location
This was our second stay here in a few weeks. I had requested a room not far from the elevator and had received notification that I would have one. The staff member apparently didn't know that and we ended up down two long corridors to our room. I'd forgotten my request and we were only there for two nights so didn't complain. Apart from that our apartment was excellent with a full kitchen and spacious living area. The bedroom had plenty of storage and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is close to many good restaurants and cafes and the beach is just across the road. Twin Towns Club is minutes away as is the shopping centre.

Perfect Stay
We loved the fresh feel of the apartment. Prettily decorated with plenty of space and storage. Comfortable bed. Restaurants, club and cafes close by. Great staff. Beach right in front. Beautiful pool even though it was too cold to swim.

Property great.. not too big.. didnt like the cigarette smoke coming from another unit to our balcony making us go inside for breakfast and arvo tea. Staff lovely.. unit a bit tired looking .. new coat of paint wouldnt go amiss.. sad that cafe closed due to staff illness the whole time we were guests. I will be back.. great location do central to everything.

Lauren at reception was very helpful. Inside of building, rooms, reception are tired looking. Outdoor area around the pool well kept (landscaped). Same for pool and spa very clean. Kitchen didn’t even have the very basics of tea or salt and pepper packets.
