The Goats Path drive from Kilcrohane up to Bantry is regarded by many as being one of the most striking amongst all the treasures along the Wild Atlantic Way which stretches from Donegal in the north west of Ireland, to Cork in the south west. This superbly restored old schoolhouse is on the north side of the Sheep’s Head Peninsula and has elevated views over the entire Bantry Bay, the Beara Peninsula, Roan Carrig lighthouse, Bere Island and the wide open Atlantic. This luxurious haven has a spacious twin bedroom on the ground floor, uniquely positioned sunroom with magnificent sea views and a spacious living room which retains the character of the main classroom of old and open plan walk through to the kitchen and sunroom.
On the first floor, bedroom no 2 (double bed) has a view of Bantry Bay and bedroom 3 (king bed) also provides wonderful ocean and countryside views. This is a striking home on the entire Sheep’s Heads Peninsula with breathtaking views.
