Regarding the room, we wanted to provide you with a gesture by offering a room before the check-in time, which unfortunately wasn't cleaned yet due to a human error. However, we promptly resolved the issue by providing you with another room, which was actually an upgrade as it was better and larger than the one you had reserved. Furthermore, neither the staff nor the hotel is to blame for your inability to find tickets for the Alhambra during peak season, although we did send you an email on the day you made your reservation informing you about things to do in Granada and recommending booking in advance. It's also worth noting that the perception of a rude welcome stems from your expectation of a complimentary free breakfast due to supposedly finding a lower room rate upon arrival. We explained in detail that prices fluctuate constantly in accordance with the law of supply and demand. Regarding the breakfast for celiacs, all gluten-free products are served on request, to avoid any kind of contamination. We were not informed at any time that they wanted gluten-free products. If we had been informed, we could have provided them without any problem. Regards,
