The property is situated on dirt and with the snow melt, mud and puddles to our room. The room needs a complete make over! The floor and bed and bath linen is why I gave it a 2. The entry door would not close fully and there was a gap of 1-1/2” at bottom of door. Bathroom shower head leaked out at the pipe to shower head connection. Heater was noisy and difficult to operate. The wall furnace functioned well. We would not recommend.

Dear guest, you may have noticed we're undergoing a massive remodeling. We're going to have a brand new grading all over the park. We are installing high end porcelain flooring in the rooms. Perhaps that's why the gap was there but our maintenance crew is already working to fix it. We'r also replacing all of the old AC units to fix the problem. We're working super hard to deal with all of the issues and I am sure our property will be up the mark best in town pretty soon.

I stayed here for 3 nights while exploring Arizona, which was perfect because I was easily able to experience hikes in flagstaff, Sedona and the grand canyon as well as being able to walk to the town of Williams and AZ's only mountain coaster because the location was so central! The room was great and the price was unbeatable, but what really brought me to write this review was the service. The people that own this motel and rv park clearly care so deeply about their business and each guest that stays there. They were always around to answer questions and provide anything you could possibly need that most 5 star motels would brush off or ignore. Very cozy family feeling and will definitely be coming back

It reminded me of the Disney Movie Cars. It was cute and it had everything you needed. It was very cozy. The staff was so nice and accomodating. I would definitely stay there again.

This seemed more like a tiny cabin stay rather than a motel. We had no real complaints for the price. We did read reviews before booking with several mentioning it being very cold. They appear to have upgraded their heating systems. Our room had a temp control remote and was very toasty upon arrival ( we stayed early january with snow on the ground). The place was very tiny, but it was clean quiet and warm. There was a trail behind our room that we couldnt take advantage at night unfortunately. Overall it was very good for the price as a pit stop and they had some very unique things to observe outside. 5/5 stars :)

Arrived after dark and litterly couldn't find our room number on the doors. Very dark and dangerous walking to the doorway. We stayed in room 12. Room was not what we expected. The door had been busted out prior so the lock was not secure. The floor was carpet and very unlevel. We are seniors and felt like we had to be cautious all the time. Wouldn't recommend this place.

The outside light was off and entry to room was completely dark. Had to open door to even have light to see. I would rate this no better than a flophouse. The two queen beds we booked were actually two full size beds. Large gaps all around the door which allowed cold air into the room all night. The gap at the bottom was large enough for a lizard to get through.

Indian owners now.
Was great other than getting bit by ants at night and telling the management on Sunday when I left and they tell me they know about the ants is unsettling. Kinda would hope they would say sorry, be concerned, say something about making it right. Nope just we know! Indian owners now soooooo beware!!!!

Quaint place. Conveniently located and very quiet. Water pressure was a great surprise as well as water temperature. One night stay was just right. I think this place is a perfect place for families. Lots of running around areas for kids.

This place has RV, tent and motel facilities. We stayed in the motel which is actually a historic, 1949's motor lodge. The room was part of a rock duplex building, very quaimt and fun. There are walking trails outside the door, hint check them out in daylight it is very dark at night. The room was comfortable and clean. As expected, it was also very small. They provide outside seating with a side table, we used the side table as a luggage table and also the top of the refrigerator. There is no room servicing, without request. The furniture is old and the decor is poor, but the price and location make up for these minor points. Office was friendly on the first day. I would recommend and also go back for safe, clean room and bed, but not for any sense of luxury.

It had all the rustic charm of a cabin decorated in Historic Route 66 style. The staff was friendly and quick. The room was slightly chilly in mid-November when outside temperatures were below freezing and the heater brought the room up to 67F, but I prefer a cool room for sleeping so that was ok. Great shower. Nice location. Fantastic price.

I like this motel for it's kitchy Route 66 history and style. For a short stay in the area, it is convenient and the price is right. The cleanliness of the room was not great during this stay and I had difficulty getting information from the staff when I had questions ahead if my stay. I would still recommend it for a unique experience.

This place was absolutely lovely. So cute and private and very clean. There was so much character to the area. The room we stayed in was historic but felt fresh with modern facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the cost to stay is shockingly affordable! Would recommend to anyone wishing to visit the Grand Canyon.

This was very unique and lots of personal touch. Small but very quiet, you can't hear any noise from out side. We had good sleep. Owner even prepare heater in the unit so we arrived late but room was worm and cozy. We love this hotel.

I loved staying at this historic little place. It was unique in that it also was an RV park. Check in was easy. Staff was very friendly. It was clean and comfy. The room did have a old disabled heater and the old thermostat was there with no cover. Not a problem, just aesthetics. There was a closet with no door. Again, not a big deal. Just spending the one night and clean and comfortable is what I am looking for. I would definitely stay again.

This place felt more like staying in a cozy cabin than a motel room, which was nice. I liked the little details in the washroom - like the makeup remover and lotion. Not much water pressure in the shower, but overall, it's a nice, quiet place to stay for a night.

The staff is nice, the houses and surroundings are great. The rooms are outdated and not completely clean, they need some updating. Also, the walls are thin and the wifi didn't work for us.

Cute, comfortable and amazing staff!
We arrived very late and were worried that we were not going to be able to check-in. Staff left an envelope outside for us with room key and property info which was such a nice relief. The property is absolutely adorable, one of the many reasons we love coming to Williams. Room feels like you're staying in a cabin far into the woods. Yes, amenities are lacking, but any modern upgrades would take away from the charm. Just remember to bring some bug spray for the mosquitoes!
