"Stayed in hillside pool villa and probably best room I have ever experienced. Large private pool and massive veranda overlooking the bay. Food in the restaurants is good and the staff super friendly and attentive. The beach is a bit more shingle than fine sand found elsewhere on the island, but that is a minor quibble. Excellent resort and well worth a visit. "

"The architecture of SALA Chaweng Beach is stunning. The rooms are gorgeous and the circular pool on the beach side is situated as a perfect compliment to the beach. There is a second pool on the garden side that was great for afternoon sun or for a more mellow layout. The nightly tea with the turndown service was also such a lovely touch. "

"We absolutely loved our stay in the family room at Bandara. Amazing family room with bunk bed and divider, perfect set up for 2 2. Wonderful hotel, multiple pools, lovely clean beach with walking access to the amazing night market. We would definitely stay again!!"

"Warmer hotel as it is surrounded in trees which is nice. Deet is a must once you walk outside the door once the sun starts setting;) Great location right by the beach and easy access to both pool and sea water. Nice breakfast and staff."

"All the staff at this property are very respectful and helpful. Although built on a hillside, transport is immediately available via golf buggy if required. The choice at breakfast is amazing and caters for all nationalities. The areas are clean and well cared for, although our room was in need of a small amount of maintenance which cannot be avoided with continuous use. The issue we had with the room was rectified within 30 minutes of being reported. Well done to everyone at the resort, we will be returning in 2025."
