We stayed in a cabin which was very easy to find. It had a beautiful wooded view with 2 outdoor rocking chairs and a small table on a private balcony. The cabin has rooms on upper and lower levels accessible by stairs. It was an average room with typical hotel amenities. There were no signs indicating where each room was located. Other people were looking for their room number the same time as us and we all walked up and down stairs to figure out the location of each room. The door was difficult to lock and unlock from inside. The bathroom need attention: Hair on the floor, the tub did not drain, and loose floor tiles. We did not explore the properly but it looked beautiful.

Great location with activities on site. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s an older hotel so don’t expect new rooms. But rooms did have a lot of space.

Brasstown is fab
We always enjoy our stay at Brasstown. The lobby is beautiful. The grounds are lovely. The breakfast and dinner buffets are wonderful. Literally the only thing that could have been a bit better would have been if housekeeping had not banged the doors as they were cleaning rooms. But all in all, it was a wonderful stay.

Beautiful property and helpful staff but first night fire alarm kept going off and our room got super hot during the night but then got comfortable by morning.

Spider ruined it.
It would have been a lot better if as soon as we got in our room and turned down our bed a huge spider wouldn't have crawled out of it. Then when i mentioned it to the lady at the front desk she just played it off because we were in the mountains. Actually we live in the mountains and we never have spiders in our bed. Definitely could have been better especially when we're paying that price.

The resort is located at a nice place with lovely views. The rooms although absolutely need some updates especially the bathrooms.The cost per night definitely doesn’t align with the rooms.The best thing about the place is the staff, they are very welcoming and friendly and the customer service is great.

The grounds were beautiful and the lodge was nice. We stayed in a cottage that needed work. Our room was down a flight of wooden stairs. There was no light working on the stairs which made it hard to maneuver when we returned after dinner. It was total darkness.

Beautiful location and venue, especially for weddings. The restaurant options are limited with limited service especially if you are traveling from different time zones. Would be better if they offered the option of getting a meal outside of typical east coast meal times, or to offer room service.

Awesome stay!
I loved this hotel. It was awesome! The staff were very friendly and they made you feel welcome. There was some dust in my room on the wooden blinds and on the luggage rack.

The property is aging and needs some love in the rooms. The staff was nice but not very professional. The food was OK but the cleanliness of the restaurants is marginal at best.

We reserved a King Bed and they only had 2 Queen Beds available. We stayed in a cottage room and would never stay in the cottage room again. We traveled all day and the restaurant was not open only the Grill was open with bar food.

This was the perfect place for a girls trip for me and my granddaughter. The property is beautiful and peaceful. The girls especially liked the pool.

Nice resort
The resort was Amazing the view of the property was breath taking. The mountains where beautiful. I only wish they had better food options i was not impressed by the menu at all. I love that it was kid friendly. Will visit again.

Disappointing room
Our reservation was for one night and we checked in around 9pm. The room was very dated and while the hotel was not busy they gave us a room with a shower accessible for wheel chairs, and next to the vending/ice machine and elevator. The bed linen was very worn, our down comforter had no down left in it, basically a bed sheet. So we had to request a blanket to stay warm. At $220 for the night I would expect much more from a resort style hotel. Had better rooms at the Hampton and Comfort Inn for less money. Very disappointing

We checked in advance by calling to make sure the hotel was ADA ready. This was not the case. We hoped to use the pool and the lift but it was found to be not working. Maintenance was wonderful and did all they could to assist, this was not their fault at all. We understand that this equipment may not be used often but this being important to us I did call ahead. Office staff was not aware the lift was not working despite us calling ahead. Other guests were blocking other amenities so we couldn’t even use the fire pit as the patio wasn’t accessible for someone in a wheelchair. The property was beautiful and clean and we will return. We just hope that everyone learns to make sure your handicap equipment is working by doing a monthly inspection. The health department should have inspected it during their annual pool inspection.

Lovely property. The cabin room was just a large hotel room. I was expecting something with a view from an outside sitting area. Plenty of those at the lodge though.

A quiet place to relax, nested in the woods.
We had an enjoyable stay at the resort; lots of trails for hiking around the property and sites to visit in surrounding communities within half an hour of the resort. The meals served at the main restaurant were great, though a bit pricey; but the cleaning crew was very slow in getting our room cleaned, and seemed inexperienced; on many occasions, we had to remind them to empty the garbage cans, and replace used mugs and glasses in our room. Overall, the staff was friendly and courteous.

The property is beautiful. The housekeeping not so great. After the room was supposed to be cleaned; New towels were placed over old towels that were not removed. Used cups and glasses not replaced. Phone and base of lamp had a nice layer of dusk. Bring your swifter duster and Lysol wipes. The property and surrounding attractions are an absolute delightful getaway from the city.

Beautiful setting. Were in town for a wedding. Didn't play, but the golf course looked amazing. Great on property hiking trails. The cottages were in a great wooded setting. Food was wzcellent.
