"great hotel, loved the room. Very comfy bed. The coffee bar is great in the mornings, the lounge is so lovely in the day to set up and work from, and drinks and food are great in the evening. Didn't use the pool, but looks like it will be a nice spot when it opens. The staff was SO helpful, true hospitality. My only dislike was the digital check-in and the room codes. I prefer interaction with a person. That being said, I'd still recommend highly! "

"The room/apartment was very nice and was a good part of our visit to Nashville. Our only issue was with the check-in process, which at times seems like an escape room in reverse - we had to figure the steps to get INto our room. Parking also required some additional steps, but for both, once we had things figured out it all made sense and worked very well. The apartment is well laid out, the facilities are great and the location was good - walking distance to the country music hall of fame and Broadway honky tonks. W "
