We stayed 4 nights Feb 5-9, 2025 . PERFECT location - close to everything, especially Ben Thanh Market .. We walked to Đường hoa Nguyễn Huệ .. exeptional customer service from Reception. Kudos to the Breakfast team , young girls in beautiful áo dài with excellent service !!!

My second time staying here. Great place to stay, close to shopping and many eateries. The room is very comfortable although the elevator is just as slow as I remember.

Noisy, full of loud inconsiderate vietnamese. Tiles theoughout so extra noisy. No sleep at all. I will never stay here again

The hotel is located at District 1 which is just a walking distance to most tourist attraction places. We had a welcome drink during checkin, staffs were friendly. We stayed for 2 nights and had free breakfast like waffles, porridge, fruits etc. Hotel is clean and they clean the room daily. Small hotel but good place to stay for short term getaway 😁

Strongly recommended, definitely will stay again
Everything was excellent: clean facility, delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, super location, reasonable pricing. One area could be improved: cleaning staff are unevenly performing their duty: one day they will miss shampoo or shower gel, another day they will miss facial towers, another day they will miss tea or coffee, etc... No big deal for us, it just something shouldn't happen. They should have a checklist to ensure a solid refill, resupply on everyday.

Excellent position for the city centre sights and street food market. We had the best bedroom we have ever had - separate sitting and sleeping areas. The staff were excellent - one day I asked for boiled eggs and they never appeared. The staff rang to apologise and even wanted to bring them to our room after breakfast had finished!

Staff and very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in an excellent location. Room was a little tired and housekeeping did not refresh supplies when they came. We ran out of toilet paper - I would expect a hotel at the bare minimum to ensure you have enough toilet paper for the duration of your stay.

Many eateries around and walking distance to many attractions. Room was on upper floors and was average interior. This room had two windows which overlooked a next door rooftop which at times someone was working that roof and could peer into windows. We closed the drapes which means no natural light. The room was mostly quiet but one night there was music from next door after 11 Pm. Breakfast area was small but good service and food. Overall reasonable stay for price.

Great location, helpful staff in a comfy hotel!
The Sanouva was a great place to stay with a helpful, welcoming staff and all the amenities we needed. The room was cool and comfortable with a great shower and comfortable bed. No noise from the street- we slept great!
