We had another wonderful visit to Regal Kowloon. The hotel has maintained it's quality despite the post COVID challenges. Staff were very helpful and we especially appreciate the service received from Denis. See you next visit.

When I initially checked into this hotel, the ‘non-smoking’ executive room provided couldn’t have smelt stronger of smoke if it tried. Returning to reception, I was reallocated a family room on the 10th floor (1013) which didn’t smell of smoke but this time of mould. Given it was midnight and I’ve worked in hospitality too long to lambast the front desk team for the failings of management and the hotel owners, I stuck it out but the mould in the bathroom was clearly visible and simply down to extremely poor housekeeping standards. Overall, the property is about 10 years overdue a major refurbishment and the majority of staff I encountered during my stay were quite cold. Upon my departure, no feedback was requested and the only interaction I received from the receptionist was “good to go”. I stayed in this property as it was one of the only hotels available near 11pm when my other hotel booking fell through. I now understand why and sadly I would not recommend it to others.

The executive club people are the best we have had the experience to deal with in many hotels. But the front desk was the pits especially Andy he was rude and tried to double our rate when we tried to extend a day. We went online and got it for half he tried to change. He needs to be fired..

It's a very old and run down hotel. Pillows are terrilbe, my neck has become so stiff! Aircon very loud and the walls are so thin that I could hear next door hanging up their jacket.

Bathroom worse design
All bathrooms only have one piece sliding glass. So be prepare to have water splash out all over the floor unless u have shower head face inward, which is extreme inconveniences ( they try to cheap out the cost) Also bathroom fan is on 24//7 only hotel can turn off. Do be prepare to have fan noise when u sleep Finally I have made multi call to staff as they are not always available to answer the call Is a aged staff are friendly but batjroom issue is not acceptable imo

We had a very pleasant stay. We will definitely book Regal Kowloon Hotel again on our next HK visit. Room is clean, spacious and got a great view of the park outside. Location is good. Walkable MTR and bus stops. Conveniece store is located just across the street. Coffee shops are located on a walking distance. Staff is very accomodating and warm. We highly commend Mr. Dennis D., the Guest Experience Manager, who is very helpful with tips and suggestions which made our trip even more comfortable and easy. Great location, poor customer services
We loved the location! East TST is nice and this hotel is one block from the water front with many restaurants all around. We had to changes rooms as the A/C was broken in the first room. We told concierge, but nothing was done about it. When we returned late at night we had to complain again, we were given a different room, but the front desk staff was not great about it, we seemed to be bothering him each time we asked for something (where was 7/11?, etc.) The room was in decent condition, but be prepared for the standard hard mattress. Also, weird blue toilet water. Check out left a lot to be desired (again, poor front desk service). Even when speaking Chinese, they were unable to provide an itemized receipt without help from the manager. Overall, the location is great, rooms could use refurbishing, but most importantly, the front desk staff need to improve their guest relations.

Our temporary home in Hong Kong
Our 8 nights stay in the executive room on the 12th floor was very good. Housekeeping was excellent. If there is a problem to mention: the sofa in the room was damaged for some time when we first entered the room. Otherwise the room is spacious and clean. A very pleasant stay for us. I even joined your Regal Club at the lobby for future stays.
