I will start with the negative first, that being said, I really enjoyed my stay here! Please raise the temp of the hot water. Cannot enjoy the wonderful shower if the water is cold. 2nd and last negative. Please change the plugs. They are of no use if the plug will not stay in. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was pleasant and everything was clean 👏

Nice pool with sea view. Butvwhat really impressed was the room.cleaning they stacked my belongings which i leave in a haphazard mess into perfect rows. Reception was also excellent and very hrlpful in organising transport. Definitely i think we got the best place in hua hin

Night life location
Easily walked to the beer bars and girly bars. There's a small eatery almost opposite that caters for western junk food. 7/11 either side within 50yds. Motorcycle taxis within 20yds. Infact the more I think about it it's in exactly the right place. Beech a couple of hundred yds away with restaurant grade sea food available.

Stayed for a week as part of a longer trip. Nice hotel and had. Very nice corner room on fourth floor on facing sea. Although not really a sea view to speak of as sea is too far away. Plus building in front of the hotel blocks part of the view too. The pool/ terrace bar was not open which was disappointing and no reason given for why. Hotel is fairly close to Night Market and other more lively areas so not a bad location. Breakfast was ok but not special. Staff very friendly and overall a responsible hotel for the money.

Great location but hotel lacking in a few things
Spacious clean bedroom, pleasant staff but surprised how few of reception staff had adequate English to deal with guest questions. Only 13 sunbeds at the pool which was far too little for the number of bedrroms/guests and had to go to reception on more than one occassion to ask for a pool towel as they were always locked away. Lack of any seats on balcony or drying rack to dry our swimwear on

Lovely comfortable hotel.
Lovely comfortable hotel great room 315, breakfast was ok to good, i found all staff very friendly and ready to help. Short walk to the sea front, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and a lovely stay. Charged 150 baht for accidentally breaking a glass in the room but this does seem to be the norm in Asian countries

The property was in a great location for the beach and the nightlife. The rooms are very spacious and balcony is lovely. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful at all times.

Happy in Hisea
We had a great stay at the Hisea. The hotel was nice. Friendly staff, in particular Boyd. He made us feel extra special. I would have rated the hotel 5 star but for the lack of great selection for breakfast. Also, my experience before checkout. Although, I was given until 12.30pm to check out, I could not get back into the room at 11.56. I went to reception to have key activated, the guy at the desk was just messing around. Even though his colleagues had confirmed that I had until 12.30 to checkout. This member of staff action ruined what was a great stay.

The location is good within 5 mins walk to the night market.The staff is friendly and provide us information to various attraction in Hua Hin.

Reasonably well located. Very lovely staff. Breakfast very limited and rarely replenished. Rooftop pool looks great but is baltic temperature wise. Woken at 7.00 am by hoardes of children directly opposite balcony because of large school nobody yhought to mention.

The type of room is good as expected. Room with sea view is very comfortable, you can relax and have good night sleep. Convenience finding foods, and parking provided for rental car and easy access to get in&out to main route. If you want to rent a car, Easycarrental is really recommended.

Very dissappointing
Small Print: this hotel is right next to a 5 storey junior school !! NOISE fro 08.00am until late afternoon. Had to move rooms as could not bare the noise. this hotel is 4* advertised but would give it maximum 3.5. Breakfast just not up to a 4* standard and talk abour 'rules and regulations' it is over the top.. 'Welcome to HiSea Hua Hin. Please note that you cannot bring in durian, cannot do this and cannot do that" was the welcome speech by reception staff. Staff all over the hotel have the comfort of chairs to sit on and the pool staff dont even stand up when talking to guest just swivel in their chairs! Sorry no feeling as a hotel but more like a kids school hostel with all the rules !!!! PS ended up checking out early and move to another hotel as felt so uncomfortble here.

Romantic Holiday in Hua Hin
Stayed at Hisea based on the good reviews listed on the Hotels.com site. Service was great as staff is well trained and accommodating. Overall cleanliness of hotel was very good. Pool on upper level very nice with good view of Hua Hin beach. The location is very good as it is within walking distance of the night market and all the main restaurants and nightlife in Central Hua Hin

The room was described as a deluxe double room but the bedroom was a twin bed room with the beds pushed together and on castors that any movement meant you had a trip around the room ! , the balcony was overlooking a apartment block and also had the air conditioner unit on it which was noisy and omitted very warm air so sitting out there was not a pleasant experience,during the night if The aircon was left on the noise was disruptive to sleep
