We arrived during a blizzard and they were very nice. Pool was really nice, breakfast was ok other than they ran out of some things and weren’t restocking very quickly. Hotel was clean. They do not have an elevator so carrying baby stuff up and down wasn’t easy. They did have one guy on staff help us carry it up when we arrived. Overall good stay!

My heat didn't work i had to change rooms and when they did change my room i was rite next to the backbdoor witch was extremely loud

I searched and found the cheapest hotel in the area. This was it so my expectations were low. I was pleasantly surprised by the room- it was modern, new, and spotless. There is ample parking with lots of exits so accessing ,my room was easy and convenient every time. The free breakfast wasn't worth the money, lol. The pool was closed- it is indoors and it is winter. I wouldn't have used it anyway. The staff is minimal but competent. I will return. For way under a hundred bucks, I'm good with this place. Again, the room was great. Plenty of towels and no issues with the bathroom. The bed was good too. The place shows upkeep. No sketchy factor at all.

Hands down the worst experience my family has had at a hotel. On the Expedia web site it says that there is a pool. We walk in to find that its not open and refused to give us a refund. The staff was extremely rude about it did not want to help at all. Terrible way to rum a business!

Arrived about 11PM on a Thursday night. Well lit parking area, lobby very clean, desk clerk alert and helpful. Room was spacious, king size bed comfortable, room also very clean. Waffle, eggs, sausage and orange juice for breakfast. Very nice looking swimming pool (didn’t use). Check out was easy. Very good value for the money. I will stay here again.

The microwave in our room did not work. There was some partying and smoking right outside our room. Breakfast during the week was not good. The pool was cold. W rented 3 rooms (we were there for a funeral); and one of the rooms smelled like stale tobacco smoke.

Nice and clean only thing was I called ahead to ask if pool was open and they said it was so that was the only reason we had gotten the room when we arrived and the entire time we were there it was down other than that service was great

Clean and friendly but overall sadly lacking
We had 5 rooms. Overall clean, but needs some basic work and attention to detail. Our personal room had outlets not working so my wife could not use a hair dryer at the sink. The switch for the bathroom fan did not work. The shower control did not work so most of the water continued to flow from the lower faucet and barely any from the shower head. One of our rooms had a fish hook in the carpet my mother stepped on. Breakfast was empty by 9a.m. on a Saturday.

Not worth the price.
Not very well maintained. The pool was closed for our visit. Breakfast was not very good. For what was charged, the whole place was an extreme disappointment.

The only issues I ran into, were checking out in the morning I waited 10 minutes for someone to show up, in order to return my key. There’s was no one around to help me. Also another huge issue was a roach in my room. That is utterly and completely unacceptable. I intended to ficus’s this with the front desk service, however there was no one there.

No elevator!
Nonsmoking room smelled of smoke right at the door entrance. Bedding did not smell and was comfortable. Loved all the pillow choices. No elevator so we had to lug heavy suitcases upstairs. Front desk didn’t give us WI-FI username so we couldn’t connect. It said dial the front desk but our phone Jack was completely falling out of the wall so phone didn’t work. The hairdryer was supposed to be wall-mounted but the whole wall unit and hairdryer were laying loose under the sink. At least it still worked!
