I liked their entry, restrooms, dining area. They were so accommodating when I asked for a different room. I was disappointed that there was no frig. or microwave in my room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. And there were not great and safe-looking places to walk my dog. I would, however, stay there again for sure because of their staff.

I love the format of the room for my family, and the updates. However, the ceiling is crumbling in some parts, the shower curtain smells and the rod is falling apart from the screws. The back of the furniture was full of dust and the filters for the ac were full of dust as well. Our allergies suffered on this stay.

Both beds were made with damp sheets, room was freezing upon arrival, carpet felt wet, b-fast was minimal.. although they have a "lakeview" out back, you aren't allowed food or drinks out there. Coffee was terrible, looked like discolored water, maid service only comes every 3 days.. minimal room if you need a place to sleep.

We are uncertain how the bed sheets could have been damp but will be using that as an emphasis on our upcoming housekeeping meeting as well as the issue of the room being freezing. We apologize that you did not enjoy the coffee. It looks like this must have been an oversight on our part as the coffee color is typically pretty dark. Unfortunately, minimal breakfast and housekeeping service every third day are not likely to change as we are still attempting to adapt to the post-covid employment issues. We do apologize that all of this affected your stay and hope that upon your next visit to our area we will have the opportunity to provide you with a much more pleasant stay.

Not the best but not the worst either
The customer see was very good. The issues we had were with the look and condition of the hotel room. The fridge was leaking and carpet was wet. There were crumbs on the floor by the bed. There were holes on the wall left by prior pictures. The bathroom floor was dirty and had missing fixtures and the trimming was broken or completely gone.
We informed the guest services and were offered a different room but mainly I reported it to avoid the $100 security deposit being kept. The deposit was refunded.

This Hotel is awful. It should not be one that you offer. It was filthy badly in disrepair, and the service was horrendous. On top of all that, they collected a deposit that is STILL not refunded.

The room was gross. It smelled like cigarettes and the beds were covered in dog hair. We asked for another room and the smoke smell was even worse. So we went back to the original room and they changed the sheets. Overall, just dirty.

We are very sorry to hear of this poor experience. I will be investigating these issues at the property especially considering we are a 100% non-smoking property with fees of $300 for smoking inside the property. We do have some pet friendly rooms but there is no reason pet hairs should be in your room after cleaning. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The parking lot looks like a mine field. Huges cracks and pot holes. There is no pull through parking so if you are pulling a trailer you have to take up several spots. After 9 hours on the road it took us almost 30 minutes to get checked in because they left a trainee alone working the front desk. The poor girl kept apologizing and had to call somebody to physically come to the hotel to assist. My baby was losing it in the lobby, it was not fun for anybody. The room was underwhelming for $200 per night. I got the suite because we have children, what they call a 2 bedroom suite is one bedroom with beds in the main room and no sink other than the bathroom.
We stayed at this hotel bc it had an indoor pool. The water was freezing and the pool area was disgusting. It looked like the tile floor around the pool had not been cleaned in weeks and the bottom of the pool was nasty too.
They also closed breakfast 15 minutes early and we didn’t get breakfast.
This hotel was an overall disappointment.

We did have to close our fitness area due to some work necessary regarding the elevator mechanical room which runs alongside the fitness center. We should have the fitness center back in operation soon but apologize it was unavailable during your stay. The pool area is currently open but we apologize if it was closed for maintenance during the hours you were hoping to use it.
I have never been charged $100.00 in case of damages. To be refunded later. The indoor pool was cold as ice. Which was the reason for staying there. Breakfast was not the best.

Inadequate breakfast. No protein source. Just wafflers or granola bars is not exciting.
Very unprofessional staff. Feels like the hotel is run by a small random few that don’t understand or care to impress customers. The hotel is dirty, gym and pool are closed, and the surrounding property is a total mess.
Run!!! Don’t stay here. First off the pictures on hotels.com are a lie. I always use hotels.com and I’ve never had this situation before. Found a bug in our bed. The floor is disgusting. The shower curtain rod falling off the wall, scratches from animals on the bathroom door. People in the lobby all night talking. We had no choice but to stay we got in late we are traveling with our family for a move to Florida. I made my whole family be fully clothed when we slept. And couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I never wrote poor reviews but this was a must. Absolutely mis represented on hotels.com

We very highly recommend letting us know of these situations immediately so that we may attempt to make it right and move you to a different room. We can only attempt to amend issues that are brought to our attention and want all of our guests to have a great experience.
I didn’t like the fact that your ADA rooms are not for families. They only have one bed. I had four people in my room, so we had a non-ADA room and it was hard to use the restroom and I couldn’t shower.
The hotel is beautiful but it is not clean. My sheets were dirty. The bath tub water was yellow. The carpet definitely needs a good washing. But it is quiet and the rooms are large.

This was the WORST hotel that I ever spent this kind of money for . They took an old run down hotel, painted it and then painted over everything and now they want to charge to charge 1st rate pricing. SAD.... Even the "free breakfast" is a paper sack with a couple of generic granola bars tossed in. I could barely sleep because they bought really...really cheap mattresses etc.
Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Even the elevator is a death trap and they have a sign on the floor saying ONLY TWO persons per trip.
