"Excellent service from start to finish. Our kids loved the swim up room in the Family Selection. Our room butler made our reservations for dinner and helped with anything we needed. The property was convenient to where we want to go. Driving was easy as most places were off the same highway. Would recommend if you are traveling to the Riviera Maya area! "

"Let’s starts with Sebastian, best bartender around. Carried a conversation with us for two days straight about Playa. Served up awesome cocktails and by far the best asset to this resort. Find him to be your bartender. Rooms were very nice beds comfy. If you have the standard room, you want to be in room 410-422 for a surprise! Wish Off the Hook was open to try but next time! Food was fantastic for what we had time for.. Mexican restaurant was decent but make sure you get to the Italian restaurant, Wow was our food amazing there! Pool was nice, but the food hideout is at the beach bar! Check it out! "
