The property was built in the newly built holiday home area OstseeResort Olpenitz and offers the ideal starting point for excursions in the area and the beautiful beach. On the opposite side of the house, the small holidaymakers can also enjoy themselves with the play equipment, while the large guests can make themselves comfortable on the terrace while sunbathing and barbecuing.

The highlight of the holiday property is certainly the in-house pool area, which invites you to have fun with its 15m² large swimming pool with counter-current system, water slide and Roman steps, while the sauna and whirlpool are available for the personal wellness program. For those who prefer the senses to a bit of action, the activity room is recommended: here you can play a friendly duel with billiards, table tennis, darts, table football and a game console.

The combined living and dining area forms the central meeting point of the well-kept holiday home and invites you to relax comfortably with a good book or entertaining movie with a sofa corner including oven and TV. In addition to shared meals, convivial players can also be seated at the dining table, and all sorts of delicacies can be prepared for the entire holiday group in the open kitchen. The 5 bedrooms are divided into 2 areas including a separate bathroom, so no annoying queuing at the morning toilet is created. The gable roof house is carpet-free, the sanitary areas are tiled, otherwise a high-quality wooden floor was processed (one of the exterior photos and the terrace photo are currently demo images) and will not be rented to youth groups. In this house you are personally taken delivery, instructed and your evt. Questions are answered. The deposit will be charged 1 to 2 weeks after your departure with the additional costs incurred on the spot and the credit balance (after deduction of possible amounts due to damages) will be transferred to you. The resort's supermarket will open in 2019 as this area is currently under construction.
