Great location in town. Staff was very helpful. Parking facilities are a little tight if you have a medium or above size vehicle. Also reserve well ahead if you want spa or massage treatments. Overall it was a good stay

Perfect position in Marianske Lazne, good breakfast, nice staff and service. For the four star hotel it should be an air-condition in the room. Overall experience is fine, would definitely return.

Lovely stay!
Really enjoyed our 2 nights stay. The hotel room was spacious, clean and beautiful with lovely chandelier and high ceilings. The room was ready for us including a baby cot for our 11 month old baby. As hotel quests we took advantage of using the sauna and pool which was very good! Breakfast was very good too! We will definitely stay again as the hotel is also in perfect location close to the singing fountain and all water springs.

The staff at the reception is speaking acceptable English and provides you useful information. It is mandatory to park in a public parking, correct price. The hotel is very nice from the outside, nevertheless the inside is a bit less glamorous. Phonic insulation between rooms is poor and the breakfast buffet is not very good. The main disappointment is the spa. In a thermal city you would expect a super spa, not the case here. The swimming pool is 3x3m, not very nice and you are constantly starred by a guy behind the counter. The sauna is accessible on reservation and for extra cost, again nothing fancy. To summarize, good locking hotel but perfectible prestations.
