Déçu

Très sale, sent le renfermé, électricité et literie limite.... Impossible de contacter le propriétaire pour faire l état des lieux et récupérer mon chèque de caution, j espère qu il me le renverra ou le détruira. Par contre l endroit est bien situé,. C est la première fois que je suis déçu par 1 location abritel, les frais d abritel ne sont pas justifié

Bien située géographiquement,

Propriétaires sympathiques. Très beau jardin.Grande maison fonctionnelle, mais qui aurait besoin d’un grand rafraîchissement. Ménage coûteux (60€), étant donné qu’il a fallu le refaire en arrivant car plus que douteux. Très belle région que nous recommandons, belle découverte.

Bon séjour

Yolande et Philippe sont sympathiques et les cadeaux de bienvenue délicieux surtout le cidre artisanal... Nous avons également apprécié les salades du jardin. Jolie maison mais qui demande quelques petits travaux d entretien. Grand jardin mais non clôturé dommage pour nos chiens. Bon séjour dans l ensemble.

grande maison et fonctionnelle. Super grand jardin mais pas clôturé partout, un peu dommage pour les animaux malgré une mise en place de grillage par le propriétaire . maison très bien situé en campagne très calme et pas trop loin de la mer. Route trop bruyante à côté de la maison. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette région des côtes d'Armor. A conseiller aux autres vacanciers.

Maison agréable et assez proche de la côte, propriétaire sympathiques et accueillants.

Grande maison qui correspondait bien à nos attentes et plutôt bien située, tranquille, proche de la côte et à moins de 15min de Perros. Accueil sympathique et gourmand des propriétaires très agréable. Seul petit bémol il pourrait être bien d'ajouter quelques produits d'entretien pour faciliter le ménage de la maison.

Une maison fonctionnelle proche de la mer

Nous avons loué cette maison lors des vacances de noël. Cette maison est tout à fait fonctionnelle pour accueillir une famille. Les propriétaire nous ont accueillis avec gentillesse, la maison était décorée pour noël. Le terrain est très grand. Seul bémol le terrain n'est pas clos donc nous n'avons pas pu laisser nos chiens en liberté et l'ensemble de la maison serait à mettre au gout du jour. Je recommande cette location.

Très bon séjour

La maison possède tout le confort, est très propre et très agréable à vivre. Le jardin, très bien entretenu, est agréable. Les propriétaires entretiennent parfaitement cette maison et sont très agréables. L'accueil à été plus que chaleureux. Je vous recommande vivement cette location qui est très proche de la mer tout en étant au calme de la campagne. La literie est très bonne et la maison est entièrement équipée en double vitrage : vous dormirez sur vos deux oreilles. En restaurant : je vous recommande la créperie Aux vieux gréements située à Perros Guirec.

séjour typique en bretagne

un agréable séjour, dans une maison typiquement bretonne, dans un cadre reposant et verdoyant. De plus, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse des propriétaires, toujours à l'écoute de leurs hôtes. La situation de la maison n'est pas très loin de perros guirec ce qui permet de profiter du site sans être en pleine ville.Un seul petit bémol le jardin n'est pas clôturé, mais possédant un chien, il suffit d'être un peu plus vigilant. De plus, le terrain est assez vaste. Je recommanderai cette location sans aucun problème.
