Comfy and cozy
In the heart of Killarney, a nice place to stay! Walking around in the downtown was fun and super easy and literally just steps away. Pretty easy access to the room and parking not far either. Cozy, tidy and include the breakfast option, it's well worth it!

Location of property was excellent to downtown everything was walkable. Breakfast was excellent and the wait staff were over the top friendly. Upstairs room with steep steps made difficult to maneuver luggage.

Loved the property and room we were given! It was so much more than we expected and loved our stay. The gentleman at check in was incredibly helpful. We were happy that parking was easy and breakfast was complimentary. Perfect stay in central Killarney, easy to get to everything.

Very disapointed
You need to go for check-in in the nearby hotel where they take your credit card numbers,and pin number on the back of the card! if you do any damage in the room. This is against hotels.com policy. We argued a lot with the lady, so she just cross off the pin number. Also the room is so small and the curtains and bedding smelled of dust. Absolutely the whole experience did not worth the money.

Enjoyed experiencing the cultural aspects of living in Ireland as compared to a hotel. Its location in Killarney nice. The hotel owning the property needs to buy the other townhouses, rehab them and add them to their offerings.

DISAPPOINTED -NOT ADVERTISED CORRECTLY
The check in location differs from the B & B and this is stated as College St. this leads to a car park in the town centre the property and check in hotel is on Lewis Rd, please change as this was very frustrating. Also, breakfast is served at Fairview Hotel a short walk from the Copper Kettle B & B which is not stated anywhere on Hotels.com or B&B website, which was annoying especially when it was raining. Pictures of B&B show breakfast room and hotel accommodation combined which is deceptive and in room the information folder contained details of Fairview Hotel and nothing about the B&B facilities etc. The room had no windows to see through except ceiling windows and if left open rain would come through. Room was clean however, we did find an insect in the bed which was reported together with no cold water coming in sink tap. Breakfast was good and catering staff were polite. Despite the above, the location was good but price we paid for a 3 night stay was very expensive compare to other 4* hotels we stayed in with more facilities and spacious rooms.

Not really a B&B
The room was beautiful. However it's really a hotel, not a B&B. B&B's don't charge for breakfast, its included. It was also noisy. Our room was on the ground floor and each time a guest came or left we could hear everything.

Fabulous location, excellent breakfast, lovely staff. Room was small, huge closet, loved it, nice bathroom, but did not understand why we had a twin size bed stored in the room, took up a lot of space, first day we slept in they needed to get the bed for other guests, ok, but then put bed back in room next day, room was perfect without the extra bed.

The Copper Kettle is a pleasant surprise. It’s clean, good service, wonderful breakfast, close to the main area of Killarney. No complaints and we recommend.

Took advantage of an upgrade to the Fairview Hotel
We booked at the Copper Kettle and arrived around 9pm and went to check in at the Fairview Hotel as instructed. We offered an upgrade to stay at the Fairview Hotel and breakfast there at a discount so we stayed there instead. We enjoyed our stay—the property is beautiful and the service excellent. We noticed that some of the photos for the Copper Kettle are actually from the Fairview Hotel.

We had downstairs apartment which was really nice! Very clean and had lots of character. A bit noisy during the night with people coming and going but other than that it was really comfortable and convenient as it’s walking distance from the town centre. Would definitely stay there again. Check in and Breakfast was in the fair view just a two minute walk from the copper kettle. Breakfast was very good 👌

Lovely location, budget-friendly
Comfy and cost enough for a budget-friendly option. Check-in was in the nearby hotel. Unfortunately no free parking during the day, so I had to move the car in the evening. Very well located.

Great central location
Brilliant location right in the town, very clean and had everything we needed. A bit pricey but was during high season. An extra €25 a night for our dog. Parking €3 for 24hrs across the road was great. Gave low rating for eco friendly as we didn’t request towels to be changed daily but they were. Otherwise very happy overall and would stay again.

Actually did not stay at the Copper Kettle. When I checked in at Fairview., they moved me to the Fairview . Very comfortable , friendly staff . I had a room on the front of the building . Slept well , not much street noise even with window open. Breakfast was good as I ordered a simple breakfast instead of the full Irish. Not an issue for them . Would stay again. Great location easy access into town and very close to rail station.

The location is amazing the staff are super friendly but the B&B is falling apart the room was super cold we called to make it warmer they said they don’t do this in the summer months in Ireland but in Ireland we don’t have a summer so she given us a heater that we had to go down and get at the hotel that is the same owner the doorknob was falling off all the time we had to go down for the breakfast to the hotel but the breakfast was amazing 100 recommend it

Cute room, good location, awesome breakfast!
Overall I had a great stay. Highly recommend the superior double room with jetted tub, as it's on the second floor at the front of the house so gets lots of good light during the day. Good heater and hot shower in the rooms, which was appreciated during the cold February weather. Breakfast at the Fairview Hotel (less than a one-minute walk away) was fantastic and the servers were super friendly. Convenient location that is very close to the main drag of Killarney but not in the center, so it's more quiet and low-key. Only complaints were 1) the walls and floors are quite thin. It's an old house so not a big deal, but I imagine this would not be an ideal choice for light sleepers or couples looking for a romantic getaway. 2) During check-in they try to upsell you to a different room or to a room at the Fairview which felt a bit odd, and frankly I thought my room at the Copper Kettle was much nicer than the ones I saw at the Fairview anyway.

Disappointing stay.
We were really disappointed to find that our room had no windows, no seats, no room safe. In fact, with only an overhead skylight, we found it most claustrophobic. A further disappointment was to find that we had to walk a couple of hundred metres down the street to our breakfast location.
