Loved It!
We stayed four days and loved every minute of it. Siobhan is a lovely host and her mom is adorable! The breakfast is delicious and the staff are all especially helpful and friendly. If you are a tall person I’d recommend a room with a double bed - we had two twins and at 6’1” I’m a bit too long for that. I recommend this place with enthusiasm.

Loved this little pub, the stairs to the room were a bit of a bind but that was my fault as I had torn my hamstring. The friendliness of the staff was second to none and they went out of their way to help us, particularly with out luggage. The location is excellent, with parking across the road or in the lane way behind. Just a short walk to the centre of town.

Staying in Killarney
We stayed at here for 2 night while visiting the area. The check in process was very fast and easy. The breakfast in the morning was great. You get to choose what you would like and the time you want to eat. The food was delicious. The ladies working in the breakfast area make sure you don’t leave hungry, they are very friendly also. The bedxx sex were comfortable. The location is right in the center. Very easy to walk around the town.

The perfect stay in Killarney!
What an outstanding stay! The room was clean, the breakfast was AMAZING, and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind! Shiela helped me get settled and Siobhan was nice enough to leave me a sandwich and fruit for when I had to leave in the morning my second day because I left before breakfast. The pub downstairs is fantastic, and there are plenty of great restaurants and pubs in been close walking distance. It’s also located near the train and bus stations. My parents used to run a B&B in the US and even though I’m biased, this place gave them a run for their money!

The breakfast was exceptional. Nerisa Is a fantastic cook. She was very friendly and accommodating and they even had vegetarian sausage! Very easy access from the street. Nice little dining room. Small hotel room. Central location. This is a great place for someone that plans to be out late or wants to take in the pub scene downstairs. If you’re the type that goes to bed early It is going to be difficult to sleep with a loud noise in the street below.

We loved our stay above the pub! The room was small but clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! The staff were super helpful and the breakfast was delicious! We were able to easily walk to and from the train station and explore the town center from here!

Right in the heart of Killarney, this is a great location to base your tours of Kerry especially if you don't have a car. Rooms are clean and basic and the pub downstairs is popular but does not serve food. Ask for a room away from the street or bring earplugs because it can get noisy in the evening. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff are the best.

Really friendly staff, clean but noisy room
Super friendly and helpful staff, that was definitely the best part of this stay! Also our bed was so comfortable and the room clean and tidy. I am a huge tea drinker so it was nice to have tea/coffee making equipment in our room as well. Location is very much in the middle of everything so for party goers or those who stay only in the town this is a good base locationwise. It was quite noisy at night but that was expected as this place is a pub. There were earplugs available in the room but as the pubs closed at 11pm due to government guidelines we didn't really need them. Also, we had to set alarm as we needed to wake up a bit earlier so blocking our hearing with earplugs wasn't an option :) We stayed 2 nights and both nights we woke up at night because other guests were loud, but it was still ok for us. Breakfast arrangement was a bit odd. You were able to choose 1 thing from the menu, if you wanted something more, it would have cost 10 euros extra. Their full Irish and vegetarian Irish were tasty and good, but the second morning my boyfriend chose to try pancakes and he got 2 mildly warm, not very big pancakes. My yoghurt and chia seed portion wasn't that big either. So we would highly recommend to choose either full Irish or vegetarian Irish, otherwise you may end up being still hungry after your breakfast. Of course, as we had an active holiday and we moved a lot, we were also quite hungry in the morning.

Hello, We're so glad you enjoyed your stay with us and had a great time exploring Killarney. Our beds are of the highest quality so I'm very happy that you appreciated how comfy they are! I am truly sorry that your neighbours that night weren't as courteous as they usually are. Also, apologies if the breakfast set up confused you. Many people book our Room Only rate and opt to have breakfast when they get here. Hence the €10 add on charge which includes a main course breakfast, tea, coffee, toast, juice, flavoured milk and cereal. We offer eight main breakfast selections and I know you guys selected three main course breakfasts between two of you, which effectively is one extra breakfast. I will endeavour to reword our set up to avoid confusion with other guests in the future. So thank you for the feedback. Also, we have found that people differ greatly in their breakfast habits. Some like a big breakfast, some prefer something small while others look for healthy options. Our menu covers all of those bases and our portions are always on the generous side so I'm sorry you were left feeling hungry! We would have gladly given you more had you asked. We appreciate your feedback nonetheless. All the very best,

Great location in the heart of Killarney
We loved Killarney and were very happy with Dan Linehans. We stayed two nights, here's the scoop... The Good: Checkin was easy and friendly The room was clean and our view of the street was great You couldn't ask for a better location, right in the heart of town Breakfast was very good, made to order The breakfast staff were super sweet ladies The not so good: It's noisy (but we knew that going in) and they provided earplugs The stairs are a bit steep getting up the room It's minimal, so manage your expectations

An enjoyable stay!
We had a great time in town and in the hotel. The room was quaint and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We heard a lot of music in the area and ended up back in the bar below the hotel for great music and drinks. It’s exceptionally well kept and has a delicious breakfast. You do hear some street noise, as you would with any busy area, but it wasn’t loud or bothersome in any way. We would happily return.

Kilarney a must in Ireland
This B and B is located in the heart of kilarney It is close to all shopping and pubs are everywhere all playing Irish music all nite. Visited Ross Castle and Torc Waterfalls. Wonderful time. I was sorry when we had to leave

The room was small but clean. As expected, there was some noise from the street below until around 11:30, but they did provide ear plugs in the room in case people were sound sensitive. The location was very good for being right in the middle of everything in Killarney. The breakfast was good. We did not feel super welcome at the pub downstairs even though the bartender was kind. They seemed to have a lot of regulars who were not interested in visitors/tourists coming into the pub. We did find other places that were much more welcoming. This would not deter me from staying here but is just a tip for others staying in the future.

Very clean and nice friendly staff. But the room was tiny. Could just about walk past the end of the bed. A larger person would struggle. No wardrobe or drawers to put clothes. We pushed the 2 single beds together to make room to put the suitcase on the floor. Bathroom was a good size with walk in shower. Ok for one night but not several

Great stay!
We had a wonderful stay and the location was perfect to walk around the town. Our room (#2) was small, but we weren't there very much anyway! The breakfast was very good, and everyone was so friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Dan Linehan's is a gem.
Small room, but clean. Staff was excellent and very friendly & helpful. We were nervous about booking a room above a pub, but the staff made the stay very enjoyable. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent ensuite room, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was fresh cooked to order and delicious. Centre of town with heaps of bars and restaurants to choose from. Free overnight parking across the street. There are 2 flights of stairs to go up and no elevator and (being central) it is noisy.

Clean, cool, great value, great service
Service from Shavon (who I think is the manager) was excellent. We had to check out about 5am to head to a golf round and she packed us some bananas or our drive on the house!. Room was clean and location is right next to many shops, restaurants and pubs. Also was less expensive than the place next door for a nicer place. Great value!

It is above the pub and can be noisy because of music from other pub's live music nearby. They provide earplugs which work fine. Great area for pub crawling, restaurants and shopping. Comfy room and great breakfast.

Great place great people
The rooms were very modern and nice with a great pub with lots of locals down stairs. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. And last but not least the location was absolutely perfect. Couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend/stay again.
