Communication - was terrible from the start. I had tried to respond to the front desk about our arrival time for (3) months prior to our stay given their very limited check in hours from 3-6pm only and knowing we may not be able to arrive withing those tight constraints. I reached out to respond to their inquiry via Expedia messaging (which I have done for many other locations across the country without an issue) AND with direct email and responded to their emails more than 3 times, yet they never acknowledged my reply about our arrival and instead called me multiple times when I cannot use the phone while abroad. This all could have been settled prior to our arrival if they checked their email and handled it all electronically. It wasn't until after I arrived that they told me they could leave a key in a lock box for me, but that should have been communicated instantly via email when we booked.
Blinds - not functional in the living room - husband purchased a
screwdriver to fix over 30 minutes
Recessed lighting - 1 was dangling from the ceiling over the T.V....husband fixed over 15 minutes
Wifi - completely non-functional 1st day
2nd bath for twin bedded room - shower adjust loose - just spins, cannot regulate water temp..s
