"At one point, the connection to TV did not work. Miraculously started working the next morning.The shower head does not work properly as it squirts water up to the ceiling and it’s causing the paint to peelThe front screen door is filthyThe communication with the host when first getting there was nonexistentThe best part is the location. The beach is literally across the street.Since the weather wasn’t very good, we had to spend more time in the condo. The place is fine if you don’t have to spend much time there."

"I’ve always wanted to stay in one of the original Kiawah homes. This lovely, pet-friendly, beach-front property was exactly as advertised. It was like stepping back in time, with a rustic cabin- style feel, but perfectly clean and comfortable. We had a lovely stay!"

"This condo is, as stated, steps from the beach - and the beach is lovely and uncrowded in mid-May. Furnishings were nice and master bathroom is especially nice.Our host Monique maintained great communication. We loved our stay on Kiawah!"

"The villa was beautiful and clean and cosey and so close to the beach I could hear it. I will definately stay here again. Loved sitting on the covered balcony after a day at the beach and looking down to see deers grazing out front. We visit Kiawah every few years and meet up with family......and look forward to booking again hopefully very soon and staying in this beautiful villa."

"The rental was clean & welcoming from the minute we walked in the door. All essentials were there to make our stay relaxing & trouble-free. The short walk to the beach was easy. It was very comfortable for hanging out in the evenings, either games at the table or talking while relaxing on the sofas. I would place it at the top of the list of places we have rented on Kiawah Island in the last 20 years. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This was our 5th stay in Kiawah and best yet. House was beautiful and very well appointed. Bed’s were super comfortable. The beach was so close and so convenient. We normally bring the usual (cooler, snacks, drinks), but it was so close we just walked back and forth to cottage for lunch, restroom etc. Hope to come back next year!"
