Nice experience to stay in a Farm B&B.
Great stay at the is B&B, We wanted to experience a farm stay , the host were very hospitable and friendly , warmly welcomed us, the room was clean and comfortable and we had a great breakfast before departure.

Nellie was a wonderful hostess and made us welcome with tea and cake. The house is located in a very rural area so be prepared to drive in order to find an evening meal. Breakfast was lovely, especially the bacon! Look for the signs near the property as our satnav took us to a slightly different place. The signs are clear and easy to find.

We LOVED this property! Nellie and Pat were absolutely delightful, helpful, and so friendly. And Nellie is a fabulous cook! The farm was beautiful, from the cows to the barley fields, to the views. It was quiet and so serene to sit on the patio and watch the sun set, then have a fabulous night's sleep. I wish we could have stayed longer! I can't recommend this enough!

A lovely place deep in peaceful countryside
Despite the proprietor having indicated to Hotels.com that she had closed for the season, Hotels.com were still booking stays there. She was very welcoming and we spend a really nice night there. There are no facilities for eating out on site or even nearby; the nearest village is Thomastown some 12km away on tiny, unlit, lanes.

Absolutely blown away by this B & B. In one of the quietest and most beautiful places. Pat and Nelly both really friendly. It was like all the comforts of home. If you want to get off the beaten track and enjoy the beautiful country side would definitely recommend a stay. Well worth it

The owner was very accommodating and offered tea and 'cakes' as we came in late. Very kind to sit and talk with us a bit about the farm house and the barley harvest there. Very nice visit and allowed us to sleep later and choose breakfast time

Warm comfort farm.
Beautiful country location surrounded by outfields and grazing cattle. Our hostess couldn't have been more kind and hospitable. We had a most comfortable and enjoyable 2-night stay.

Excellent isn’t really a good enough review for this place. It far exceeds that rating. Nellie and Pat couldn’t be more welcoming or obliging. Their hospitality knows no bounds and it was an absolute joy staying with them. So good in fact we stayed an extra day. If we ever go back to Ireland, we will be staying here again.

Very Basic. Very noisy when other guesses were going into their rooms. Could hear them walking arpound the rooms. Light left on in the corridor all night,which shone throught the bedroom door. From once the other guesses settled it was very quiet and peaceful.

Wonderful stay at the farm
The farm was beautiful and it was very restful being there. Nellie was delightful. She made us tea when we arrived, a bit frazzled from trying to find it. The room was perfect and there was a delicious breakfast. It's amazing that it was only about 20 minutes from bustling, fascinating Kilkenny.

Secluded yet close to areas of interest.

Lovely stay in Grove Farm B&B
We had a lovely stay in Grove Farm B&B. The landlady was very warm and welcoming and made us feel very at home. The room was clean, comfy and perfect for our needs. When we arrived she showed us to our room and offered us a tea or coffee which we drank in the sunny conservatory, relaxing after a busy day before heading out again.

One of the best guest houses we have stayed in
We were greeted by the lady of the house with a very warm welcome, our stay was very comfortable and she and her husband made us feel totally at home. A very warm and homely feeling and when we return we will definitely head direct to Grove Farm hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights. If you like rural this is a lovely place to stay - yet within easy distance of Inistioge and Thomas Town. Nellie is wonderful - she makes you feel so welcome. Cups of tea whenever you come 'home'! It's easy to meet the other guests when Nellie is there - we all sat in the conservatory in the lovely light evenings and chatted. If you don't like company that's fine too - the bedrooms are very very comfy.
