Horrible stay horrible class horrible hotel
You need to buy water at an very high price. Washroom was broken and water was coming to the room. They never fixed it. They said they will downgrade the room if want fixing.no restaurant open. Scarcity of food. No wifi no tv. Food they purchased from outside and gave us. Disgusting hotel.

We take your feedback very seriously and have investigated the issues that you have raised and found some relevant points which we would like to share. During your stay you never complained about water logging problem in your washroom, as we have cross checked the issue. Regarding room change the undersigned had offered you to change your room but you had denied. We have offered same category room on a different floor. Due to the massive cyclone 'Amphan', Internet and cable network was down in the entire city. The same was informed to you at the time of check in which you agreed and proceed with the check in. As per the Govt guidelines no restaurant shall be operational in this COVID 19 period. We would also like to inform you that the food served to you was freshly cooked in our well sanitized kitchen with proper hygiene maintained. The food served to you in a pre plated manner is also a strict guideline from Govt health department. And the same was also informed at the time of check in. It is located in the interior. So If you have some work in Newtown/Salt lake City. Don`t book it as it take at least 1 hour to travel from Hotel.

Horrible - Run away from this hotel
Very dirty and used linen and towels when I checked in. Soiled and already used tumblers for juices in the breakfast table.

Clean/spacious rooms with clean toilets... Good variety in break fast... Working gym.... Peaceful location.... Negatives- odd location(not suitable for tourists)... Very expensive restaurant.... Small swimming pool...

Good hotel close to VFS
I had booked 2 rooms for 4 people for a night. One room HVAC was leaking smoke smell whole night that brought us difficulty in proper sleep. Room service for poor.

POORLY RUN HOTEL
Front office could not find Hotels.com reservation although made 24 hours prior and made us wait for 15 minutes.Then they handed keys to wrong type room. Lobby was not air conditioned and extremely hot. Room service even for simple food items takes between 30-40 minutes. Hotel is really understaffed and even when you find some one,they are nice but not professional enough to resolve issue.Break fast is just okay with very limited variety. Located far from Main streets and finding it is a challenge. Located in a not a great neighborhood.Not impressed.

Could be a nice hotel if it had good management.
This could be a nice hotel with a bit of work. Unfortunately it falls short. In the ten days I was there we only had hot water twice. They play the elevator music so loudly in the hallways that it is hard to sleep, not to mention the loud guests and parties that spilled into the hallways. They provide bottled drinking water for the rooms but if you look the seals are broken and the bottles are filled with tap water (the manager admitted this when I spoke with him.) The good news is that the beds are comfortable and the restaurant is good.

I have already stayed in this hotel once a few weeks ago. The plus points of this hotel are given below 1. The price is right. I paid Rs.3700 including taxes through Hotels.com. This includes breakfast 2. The location is very peaceful, though away from down town 3. The rooms are comfortable and sleep quality is good 4. The hotel is clean Negative points, though minor, are given below 1. The hotel has no bar. The nearest bar is 10 minutes away by walk 2. Since the hotel is not on a busy commercial street no public transport is available. One has to walk 10 minutes to the nearest intersection where taxis and auto-rikshaws are available 3. The room maintenance and housekeeping has to be done with more care. I found that the area behind the curtains was not cleaned and dusted for a long time 4. Breakfast spread is average. No fresh fruit juice only canned juice was available. Fresh vegetable juice was available. Staff in the breakfast room have to understand that one needs, beside plates, also cups for sambhar and yoghurt. 5. Both the times I stayed there I got morning newspaper only after a couple of calls to the front desk. In good hotels newspaper is sent to the room automatically early in the morning I will stay again in this hotel because it offers good value

Three star hotel with 4 star service. Gladly recom
Very nice place to stay. The hospitality was very good. I was quite impressed by the caring attitude of the restaurant steward Arbitta. Young people such caring attitude is an asset to the organisation.

The hotel is a good "value for money" hotel. The location and approach road are bad, but once inside, everything is perfect - from the room to the service. They however, don't give fresh fresh toiletries even though I stayed 3 nights.

The hotel is clean and rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The staff is helpful and service is good. The location however is a big drawback, and the access road is bad. The hotel should either do it up themselves or urge the local authorities to get it done. The approach road is also very dirty and littered with garbage which does not give a good first impression.

Good Experience
I had stayed for 2 nights in Orko's hotel. It was great experience. The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful. Rooms were awesome. They provided me the taxi when ever I needed. Food was also good. The only drawback was the road which goes to hotel. It's little bit confusing and the road is not constructed properly. Other than that It was quite a good experience. Love to stay again.

True Value for Money
If this Hotel were to have location which is quite reachable then probably this is the best Hotel that I have stayed across anywhere in India so far. True Value for money and service was at its best! I'm looking forward to stay in this Hotel again.

Home away from home..
I had a great stay and will be staying here again when I return to Kolkata. Do not hesitate to book with this hotel rooms are very nice, comfy bed and quite nights sleep. Good was really nice too. Staff and management were all very nice and helpful.

Not worth the price
Apart from one very helpful staff member working at the reception desk, people are not very attentive nor give you a hospitable impression. Although this hotel is only a few years old, things are already pretty worn out!

ガラパーティが良かった
インドの平均的な価格で食事やガラパーティを楽しめました。ロビーの趣味の悪いスタンドライトを除けば、まあまあ良かったですね。マッサージがあるのか、ないのか、これから出来るとだけ言ってましたが、無い状態でした。
