Pool was great. Hot tub was not working though. Rooms slightly tired, but clean! 25 minute walk to the main square. 2 single duvets for a double room? Found that a little strange. Staff were pleasant. 80 ZL (around £16!) for breakfast is an absolute rip off though. Embarrassing how they can charge this much. Turn right out of hotel and you can get a lovely little breakfast for 2 for that price!

The carpet in our room was stained and looks really dirty .When I book there was Breakfast incl but we didn't received in Hotel.They don't have enough trobe for us water in pool and jacuzzi was too cold and not enough space for everyone in pool and saunas.Was apect much nice all very disappointed.

I think the overall hotel was good but I’ve been in better 4* hotels. I was a bit disappointed that I put up the cleaning sign but only new towels were given. I have never been to a hotel where they don’t clean the room for 3 days. Breakfast was good but it was a little annoying trying to work out what everything was because there were no signs.

Incredible Value
Fantastic hotel. Lovely pool area and great sauna. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Extremely clean everywhere. Very close to trams and also easy to walk to from city centre.

Very nice place to stay. Breakfast was brilliant, comfortable rooms and pleasant staff Only thing I’d have liked was a fridge in the room, and more than 1 pillow as standard. As the pillows are very small. More like cushions Otherwise great

We'll be back
The location is perfect for those that like to walk the city and the proximity to the river trail was perfect for a morning run. Breakfast offering was fantastic and set us up for the whole day. Hotel can provide a breakfast to go if you have an early start which came in handy. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Highly recommend and we will look to stay here again on our next visit.

A great place to stay
A fantastic hotel with an ideal location for us wanting to explore both the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter of Krakow. The staff were friendly, facilities were immaculately clean and the breakfast was amazing. offering a free boat trip up the river and back was a great touch. if we go back to Krakow we would definitely book again.

The hotel has a nice location, just on the outskirt of the busy center area, so it is quiet but still mostly walking distance to where you want to go. Nice to be able to have a swim and some sauna. Friendly staff, nice rooms (ours had a bathtub), and good breakfast. Slept really well, beds are a little firm but very comfortable.

If you are considering this hotel then rest assured you will be very satisfied. The location is lovely and safe for a morning job along the river and a very close walk to all of the major tourist areas. Breakfast is fresh with many options. Staff is lovely and I found to be very helpful.

Beautiful Swiming Pool and friendly
Good hotel, more catered for buisness. Swimming pool was lovely looking out over the river and old town. Reception was helpful but not fluent in English but better than my Polish. ;) If you do use this hotel then you will need to use the no 24 tram to take you into town center, as they so many tram numbers in poland, I hope this will save you time finding the right tram.

Lovely hotel.
Lovely hotel. Close to river, Jewish heritage areas, tram stops. The swimming pool is small but it's perfect if empty. The sauna & spa are a great way to end a day's sightseeing.
