Horrible Experience.
•NOT A HOTEL! BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK •Unclear instructions that upon arrival you would need to call the "agent" for your room. •Number stated was unreachable, forcing us to call Expedia.sg (calling back to SG = expensive) to get another contact number. •The service was unacceptable, when we got through to the number that was given to us by Expedia.sg the person was rude and had absolutely no manners asking us "so what you want me to do! " when We only asked where we should go to check in. •Pictures on Expedia are totally different from what the room actually looks like. (Yellow sheets, old dirty furniture (that looks like they would have bugs in them), dingy and dark. What was worse was that it was filled with the stale stench of cigarettes) •Was promised to check in at 2pm but was delayed and was only greeted with a unmade room at 3pm. •We cancelled our reservation upon looking at the state of the room. The room is not worth saving that extra $100-200 for comfort and service.

I booked a single bedroom with 1 king size bed and 1 single bed but the hotel give me a room with 2 single beds. Then they offered me with breakfast ( for 2 persons only) and a very thin matress. It is really un-comfortable for 3 adults. Really unsatisfactory.

will not stay here for the 2nd time
First experince staying a apartment instead of a hotel. very much recommended that u stay at berjaya time square hotel instead of service apartment at berjaya time square. please be prepared that there is no room service as there is no phone in the room and you have to pay for your parking fee( we paid RM36 for 1.5day) . there is a hand soap if u dun bring ur toiletries for shower (luckily i brought mine). good luck to all hv choose Excellent Suites at Times Square...its so not Excellent after all

Nice enviroment ! i love the mall and view of kl tower n twin tower! My agent upgrade my room to a bigger room due to some problem in that room. definitely come back again .

Great Location, Great View but run down and dirty!
The manager Karim went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay - but the older room let us down a few times. The location was awesome and the hotel pool was really world class. We have a really large 2 bedroom suite with awesome views - at first we were really impressed. But in the light of day the room was very dated and dirty. It appeared to have poo on the toilet walls and cigarette ash in the corner of the bathroom. The internet didnt work! Karim tried many times to get it working or log us into other suites but we never got there. Which was a massive inconvenience. The kids were excited by the giant plasma tv - but it too didnt work and was replaced by an older box style which didnt work for the first day. The manager Karim really was a great guy who really looked after us!

Dishonest scam "hotel".
This is the worst ever stay I've had booking through hotels.com. This is not managed by the Berjaya Times Square even though some facilities are co-shared. The apartment is owned 3rd party by Dnata travel group that have an office in Times Square. I paid for 3 single beds and 1 queen bed as advertised by hotels.com. However, there were only 2 single beds and 1 queen bed. This is unacceptable as one of us had to sleep on the couch. We were only allowed to check in past 2.30pm as they had not prepared the room on time. Additionally, they did not accept card payment at all. We had to pay the full amount upfront including the deposit. We were not given any options whatsoever. This place is atrocious and no one should patronise this scam of a service.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever
We booked the service apartment two months back. However, we did not managed to check in to the service apartment on the day of arrival as the agent was contactable. We were told by the staff from Time square that Excellent Service is another business entity and they were unable to assist us. Multiple attempt to contact the agent was to no avail and we were unable to get any assistance from the neither the management of Time Square or from Expedia helpdesk. My friends and I were left stranded without a place to stay.

3days 2 nights KlL short getaway.
On the 1st daythey already screw up our stay,they have overlook at our booking.We ended up staying at Federal hotel as alternative.On the 2nd day we we transfer to the suite at Time Sq. The carpet is dirty.The bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable. The towels were so dirty with stains.There was no wifi or any tv channel as we can only find 2 blurry channel.No iron or hair dryer.It was not manage by Time Sq hotel but by a private agent.

Wasn't a pleasant stay. Other than the strategic location, the room lacked of amenities. Only two bath towels provided, not even a bath mat and face towels. Hassle checking in, with no receptionist manning the bookings. Rooms are handled by individuals instead.

It was so nice since the location is one building with mall and also easy to access to every where in KL and also the condition of the room is nice but unfortunately the bed and furniture already old. overall we enjoyed our stay over there and will come back.

We were absolutely disgusted with this hotel.IT DId NOT LIVE UP TO THE ADVERT Firstly we could not book in at the hotel as the room was privately owned. We were told to ring the agent. We were then taken to our suite which was as far from excellent as it is possible to be. There was an awful smell which Karim said was from the cleaning materials but we were sure it was an attempt to cover up the smell of smoke. We told Karim we were not happy with it but he said there were no suites available Firstly it was very dirty and the kitchen was disgusting. We did not even go in there if we could avoid it. It's not the Berjaya Hotel
You need to call the agent to check in. It's not the same management with Berjaya Hotel, more like private owner service suite.Room a bit musty with scary looking torn extra mattress under the bed. We've almost been kicked out at 11am when it's clearly stated check out at noon. The plus side is the microwave.

Hotel location is good ! There are 2 separated hotel located in "Time Square" . One side hotel , another side is Service Suites . Expedia website will not tell you this kind "Service Room" was handle by many different company. May be you can a room with good management , may be not ... This time my experience is bad . (Anyway the room is big enough , but room decal is old and dirty.) Service Suite owner seems hard to give you any good support . I "guessed" hotel side may be better . Because hotel side looks a like Hotel . Hope you enjoy and good luck !

The worst service i never had before
The security guard not allow us to enter the lobby, we had to wait for the agent to serve us while waiting under the hot sun. We keep on calling the agent, but no answer. The agent let us wait for almost half an hour and did not contact us. While he already reach the lobby during check out. The hotel suite door cannot be open and difficult to shut. Before we check in and during we check out , the hotel staff overpromise and mention that the car park was free of charge, somehow end out we need to pay RM22.00 for the car park fees. The hotel staff name TOM advice will come down to hotel lobby to settle the issue within 5min , however after half an hour we been waiting, no one come to entertain us. Even during our stay, a female staff promise to call back to respond on the matter , but no call receive. Very BAD SERVICE.

It's a 2 Stars Apartment (not hotel)
All information listed in the front page were not accurate. No frontdesk and had to wait for 30mins for a staff to arrive. Room is old with funny smell, old furnitures and leaked bathroom. Only provided with two towels. Bathroom amenities is worse than a 2 stars hotel. Please note that this is not a hotel but rather a serviced apartment and a poor service apartment. No free or reserved carpark as well. If you plan to park here, be prepared that you could be waiting for 1 hour in the carpark before finding an empty space.

Didnt enjoy the stay.
Room is totally worn out. Toilet leaking as no one to call to fix. Aircon totally cannot be adjustable . Only experience good shopping area and theme park. Really didnt expect the room to be so old bveing a first timer.Will try to avoid this hotel next time.

Wow Hotels.com and expedia shall thoroughly check this HOTEL. After 10 its not family friendly. I was with my kids and it was not managed by BERJAYA HOTEL Disappointing. Paid for two executive rooms but ended up getting 1 room that i chose and the other room was a smaller room. The agent did not refund my money. Another agent informed me that he passed my designated room to an Arab couple. Room Facilities- I would give -5 not even 0. Spent over USD 412 but the service is not as expected. I hope HOTELS.COM can check before offering these rooms.

Great location but services are not so good.
The suite is located within a great hotel but its not run by the hotel but by travel agency. There were no Internet or wifi services in the room. We had stayed at Berjaya Hotel before and had a great services all round. If we can help it, we wouldn't stay at the suite again.

Booked at Hotel.com. Do not book here. Arrived at the place and is in an apartment complex. Entrance is carded. security let me in. No idea what my booking all about. No idea who to call no information at the lobby. Guard said I had to call some one that runs the suite and not sure about phone number. Then I waited for a while and kept asked someone about this. Then someone happen to know the phone # and call. Then he told me to go to another part of the Time-Square mall (West side) and go to fine a travel company -Danata at 6 floor. So I had to cart my luggages to find this company. Had to walk 10 minutes to find this. No so simply. Then I saw a man siting in a air conditioned office chatting with someone. I was very annoyed that he did not meet me at the lobby and I had to find him. I became very angry and he did not seem to care and asked me wanted to stay or not. If no have my money back. then he gave me that I should be glad to book and stay there because it is fully book , staffs are busy (!) and many other people want it. !!!!! He id not care about wasting an hour looking for him. He told me it was my fault on everything ! not knowing I have to call, who to call etc. I accepted his refund and went somewhere else. I ranked the other categories at 2.

서비스가 정말정말 별로였습니다. 타임스퀘어에 있어서 위치도 좋고 뷰도 좋았지만 가구나 방상태는 노후한 편입니다. 같은 건물에 서비스드 레지던스와 호텔이 같이 있는거라고 하던데, 시큐리티 아저씨도 저희한테 왜 이 레지던스로 예약을 했냐고, 모든 사람이 나갈 때마다 컴플레인한다고 하던데 저도 하게 되네요. 처음에 갔을 때 연락받아서 온 관리인이 룸키를 하나만 주고 디파짓 현금으로 내고, 이것저것 설명해주고 그런 건 다 멀쩡했는데 와이파이 이름이랑 비번을 안가르쳐줘서 전화를 했는데 그것도 잘못된 걸 가르쳐줬었고, 다시 연락했을 때는 10번을 걸어도 전화를 안받고 문자도 답장이 없어서 근 이틀동안 와이파이 없이 살았습니다. 거기다 수영장을 이용할 수 있다고 해서 갔는데 서비스레지던스 이용객을 안된다고 하더라구요. 시트도 타월도 안갈아주고 침대는 스프링이 오래되서 그런지 삐그덕거리는 걸 넘어서 스프링 뾰족한 부분이 나와 있었어요. 여튼 정말 별로였습니다.
