Hotel is old and could be maintained better but room is spacious and fairly clean. Corridors are not air conditioned which was a little uncomfortable but otherwise good value for money. Breakfast buffet is basic but decent.

Sy dah stay sini dalam 2 kali dah.. tapi housekeeping dia still malas nak kemas bilik.. bila suruh kemas, letak balik kad dkt pintu tu dalam bilik, tp bilik x kemas, lepastu kami keluar makan, suruh kemas bilik, balik pun x kemas lg, bgthu ade org tggu dlm bilik baru kemas. I would rate Oriental as 3.5 star hotel. Staff is courteous and friendly. Location is fantastic with ample food and amenities around. However hotel is getting very outdated and needs refurbishment. For instance, hot water for bath is really slow and it still uses curtain as shower door with nowhere to place your bath gel, shampoo and etc. All security safes are not working and seems like they are not ready to fix them. I have complained numerous times and no one really bothers. Anyway it is still the best hotel in Kajang town centre.
