Extremely Disappointed – Do Not RecommendWe were incredibly disappointed with this rental and feel compelled to share our experience so others can make an informed decision. The listing claimed the property had been recently renovated, but what we found was the exact opposite.From the moment we arrived, it was clear the home had not been properly maintained. There was visible mold and rot throughout the house, creating not only an unpleasant odor but also serious health concerns. To make matters worse, we encountered multiple roaches—both dead and alive—in several rooms, including the kitchen and bathrooms.The cleanliness was appalling. Our children found toenail clippings in their beds, and we discovered human and pet hair in all of the bedding. We ended up having to wash every sheet, blanket, and pillowcase ourselves just to feel somewhat comfortable. A deep clean is long overdue and desperately needed.Basic amenities were also lacking. There were not enough towels for our group, and the dryer barely worked, making it even harder to keep things clean during our stay. Outside, the grass was overgrown and unkept, further showing how little attention this property receives.To top it all off, the property management company was disorganized and confused our rental with another, providing incorrect information about what was and wasn’t included with our home.
