The house is surrounded by the Sierra Helada Natural Park with a variety of coves with crystal clear waters, hiking or biking routes where you can enjoy spectacular views. El Albir has a beautiful beach with a promenade and all kinds of services such as restaurants, terraces and stores.
The location is ideal at any time of the year and to discover without a car, since everything is nearby. The furniture of the house has been recently acquired. The house has a spacious living room, bathroom connected to the living room and bedroom, American kitchen and terrace, as well as a communal pool and elevator.
