Chalet in Vosges Forest with Valley View

This cozy chalet with a fireplace is located on a hill near the beautiful Vosges Forest. It is located south, so you can enjoy the sun on the terrace!

The chalet is nicely furnished with a modern accent here and there. Take a seat by the fireplace in the winter months or sit out on the terrace in the summer to enjoy the peace, nature and fresh air. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the valley while you put a nice piece of meat on the BBQ on the terrace.

In winter you can enjoy great skiing on the beautiful slopes, which you can use again in the summer months to map out nice mountain bike trails. Visit Gérardmer (15 km) which is located in the heart of the Vosges, between trees and forests, hills and valleys and in the middle of lakes and streams. There's lots to do here! Cycling, fishing, walking and water sports!
In La Bresse (13 km) there is a fun water play park that will give the children the day of their lives!

Overall, our stay at the vacation cottage was very pleasant. The cottage was clean and had convenient amenities like a washing machine and dishwasher. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful garden added to the experience. Additionally, the friendly owner who greeted us upon arrival made us feel welcome. The only downside: the beds were too short for taller individuals.

Wij hebben erg genoten van het huisje. Het is prachtig gelegen met mooi uitzicht. Erg gezellig en ruim, met veel privacy. En een heerlijke tuin. We hadden een vriendelijke ontvangst door Jean Pierre en zijn vrouw. Voor aankomst kregen we een telefoontje en voor vertrek kwam hij nog even langs. Dat vonden we erg aardig. Minpuntje was de grootte van het tweepersoonsbed. Dat was een beetje klein voor twee lange mensen en lag niet zo heel lekker. Een kleine tip: een extra lamp in de woonkamer zou wel leuk zijn, dan kan je het binnen iets sfeervoller verlichten en hoeven niet direct de grote fellere lampen aan. Al met al was het een heerlijk verblijf. We denken er zeker over om nog eens terug te komen en/of het huisje als tip te geven aan bekenden. Bedankt voor alles! :-)

De ligging van het huisje is heel mooi, prachtig uitzicht over de bergen. Vanuit het huisje diverse wandelingen gemaakt. Achter het huisje de berg in gelopen voor een wandeling van 10.km. met een hoogte verschil van 420 meter. dus heerlijk afzien. Aan de overzijde de berg ingelopen en hier een wandeling naar col du Brabant en via La Bresse retour naar huisje van 11.km en hoogte verschil van 360 meter. Verder div, wandelingen bij Lac des Corbeaux, Mitlach. La Schlucht, La Honeck en Gerardmer. Jean Pierre is een vriendelijke gastheer, en bij Gustav enkele malen heerlijk gegeten. Kortom. super. Theo en Annemiek

Fijn verblijf; ieder van ons gezin voelde zich op z'n gemak, inclusief de hond. Openhaard was voor ons echt genieten. Vriendelijke beheerder. Voor aanvangst gevraagd via Belvilla of we eventueel eerder dan check-in tijd konden arriveren. Uit eerdere ervaring blijkt Belvilla onbereikbaar op feest- en zondagen : (

Dit was onze eerste vakantie in de Vogezen. Deze chalet is ons heel goed bevallen. de wandelingen in de buurt hebben indruk op ons gemaakt. We denken er dus aan om nogmaals in deze chalet te verblijven.

Vriendelijk ontvangst door een Vlaamstalige meneer. Wat feedback doorgegeven en we hopen dat Meneer er iets mee doet. Bedden te klein voor lange mensen. Het keukengerei is minimaal. Weinig uitzicht vanaf het terras. Omgeving fantastisch.

Gezellig huisje op een mooie lokatie. Vriendelijke huiseigenaar. Vanuit het huisje loop je zo de wandelroutes met mooi vergezichten op. Wifi wat aan de trage kant.

wirklich sehr schönes Haus am Hang mit Terasse nach Süden, also den ganzen Tag Sonne. Der Ofen mit dem offenen Feuer ist sehr stimmungsvoll und wärmt gut. Obwohl nicht beschrieben, ist WLAN vorhanden. Übergabe umständlich und nervig, da der Verwalter schlecht Deutsch und Englisch spricht, der Hauswart aber nur Französisch. TV- Programme sind nur in Französisch.

Ruim en mooi chalet. De zon is rond 18:00 uur uit de tuin en hierdoor koelt het snel af. Het ligt iets te ver van het centrum van het dorp.
