"I think most people will agree the hotel needs an upgrade. It is very dated in certain areas and has loads of potential. There needs to be better information in the dining area for food intolerances, especially gluten free items. The breakfast options were not great, unless you like tinned fruit that looked like it had been opened a couple of days ago and the cold drinks machines were dreadful, just having some fresh juice and bottled water would make a big difference. "The Villa was exactly as shown online. The host Marco and his team (maintenance, housekeeping and poolman) did an excellent job, they acted fast and were always helpful. The Villa could need some maintenance, some broken tiles, some bits and pieces could be replaced (drying rack, dishwasher basked, etc).
