O apartamento está bem preparado e boa localização. Deveria de haver mais regras na piscinas. O jogo de bola não deveria ser permitido para o bem estar de todos. Também, as pessoas antes da abertura fazem fila para guardar esprigadeiras, vão para a praia e voltam ao início da tarde. Nesse entretanto quem vai para a piscina, tem que tentar arranjar um espaço livre na relva sendo que a maior parte das cadeiras estão desocupadas, mas reservadas. Não creio que seja correcto.

The apartment was a good size and cleaned regularly. To get in was a bit unclear because it was late check in and nobody has said i needed to go to hotel to check in. You need a deposit and to pay for a safe which is unreasonable. Theres a deposit for an extra key and for an aircon remote. There is no oven, the microwave didnt work, there are no basic washing up facilities like a sponge or anything and no oil to cook with. Couldnt work the shutters on the door, had limited cooking facilities and no ice tray. There wasnt much clothing space in the wardrobe. We didnt get provided with a third quilt for the third guest, only a sheet. The pool was nice but busy after 10AM. Close enough to the beaches and a few good restaurants.

Location location location
We booked us at the last minute and pleasantly surprised with a location. You really couldn’t ask for any better location. I really wouldn’t consider it a hotel, I would be rated as a short term rental perfect for families.

Great on a budget
This is great for a cheap and cheerful no-frills stay. Nice pools, great beaches etc and option to get food and drink all inc which we didnt use, though. We will most likely return - with an upgrade. Only downside was that doors and windows let all noise through but luckily we were there at a quiet time :)

Simple, but comfortable. Worth the price.
The hotel is very well located, in a walking distance to the beach. The room was simple, but comfortable. The building does not have elevators, but we got a room on 1st floor, so it was ok. Also, our building was in front of a open garden, which was great, but no ocean view at all. Several restaurant and bar options near the hotel, so you do not need to get the car at night.

Great beaches
Had a lovely time here, beaches beautiful and very near. Went into town by taxi about 6 euros plenty of restaurants here, not too many to choose from near hotel. There is a bar near beach called lords good music and great sangria.

Value and clean but noisey
The Appartment was nice and clean, also very spacious, but the pool had all the sun beds reserved early on in the day and there just wasn't enough of them considering it was ore season. The area is pleasant but nothing much there if you have no car. The Hotel was also very noisey at night with 2 groups of people talking loudly or singing until about 1am.The guests all seemed to be Brits. It's very good value here but I won't be choosing this resort again .

Firstly i wish Hotels.com would get the name of this property correct.Its correct name is Be Smart Terrace Club Apts.Good stardard apts.Very clean with pleasant reception staff.The apt door lock was faulty but I was impressed that the receptionist had a workman up to repair it within an hour.All inclusive here is best described as light all inclusive.Nearest supermarket intermarche is a 10 minute walk up a hill to the main road.Very quiet area so don't expect bars opened after 12 midnight. Beach is just a 3 min walk.The living room couch was high and most uncomfortable. Be aware that there are no lifts/elevators here so if your on a high floor you will tire very easily.If you arrive after 12 midnight reception will be closed and your room details will be left in a white box outside reception door.Basic 3* property in reality. There is a quality 4 star hotel called Pestana Viking about a 3 min walk away which has evening music entertainment.Italian restaurant nearby with sea view is grossly overpriced .

Pleasantly surprised
A huge apartment with all the facilities you need for a self catering holiday. Close to excellent coast walks and a lovely beach. (Steep climb down but worth it.) Good food nearby and a supermarket less han a mile away.

We went self catering here which I would not recommend at all as there really aren't a lot of places to eat nearby and the cooking faculties in the apartment are not suitable for preparing 3 meals a day (the microwave is the only thing that works well enough). The pool was nice and the nearby beach was but overall the hotel just didn't have a lot going on, the bar area was tiny and barely had enough seats for everyone. It possibly could have been due to the time of year we went though. The area the hotel was in was very quiet and seemed more residential than anything. I highly doubt we would return here.

Basic family holiday apartment.
Bored receptionist was made up for by more helpful person but result was poor start. Large plain room had separate kitchen dining which was nice and useful for family holiday. Dining facility was not three star. The Buffett looked awful, the room a shambles. We chose la carte, then waited 30 minutes for poor dinner. This is a two star place tops.

Very Poor all inclusive
While the accommodation was spacious and clean, the restaurant was very disappointing. None of the food was labelled or even a menu on the restaurant door. Even if you asked what the food was no one could tell you because of the language barrier. One of our party lived on bread rolls and chips for the week and the rest of us lived on the soup. At least we could play guess the soup flavour each day and it was always watered down for the next sitting. As food is a big part of the holiday experience it really ruined our time here and we ended up eating out at some great restaurants but at extra cost we had not accounted for.

The hotel is good for the price. But if you need comfort it might not be for you. Beds are not comfortable. They have two single beds and I stayed with my husband and we have to sleep separate. Not free wifi in the rooms. Good things are; It is close to a beautiful beach and the hotel's pool is good too.

Great Place to Stay and Feel at Home in the Algarv
We had a great time here. We had booked two single apartments and they upgraded us to a two bedroom with a wonderful beach view. We extended our stay because the room was so nice. The shower was hot with good water pressure, there was heat as it got chilly at night, the kitchen was well equipped and we even had a living room where we all hung out to eat and drink. The hotel is older but the value is wonderful and it was clean. The staff spoke english very well and were extremely helpful and friendly.

Great stay.
Had a great two nights in a cozy apartment that was well furnished with full kitchen ammenities. It was like I was staying in someone's apartment. Loved the little nick nacs. Super close to the beach and far enough away from town that you feel like your at a cottage. Very few other people this time of year (mid april) I quite liked that. I'd stay again... Only thing was the bed was very squeaky. Wouldn't want that it I was there for a romantic get away ha!

Nice apartments close to the beach
We rented the 6 person (2 bedroom) apartment at the Terrace Club for two weeks. luckily, ours had a suburb sea view from one of the two balconies. Not all apartments are similar as a great many will either face the street or the pool area. Especially in the latter case, be prepared for the noise during the daytime (music!) and twice weekly activities (like karaoke) until midnight, but ours did not suffer from it. The apartment was very specious, had two bathrooms, kitchen, good firm beds. There is no airco, but the ceiling fans secure a good nights rest, especially since it also just cooled down nicely during the night. The apartment did get cleaned every other day, and we regularly did get clean towels and bedding There is plenty of parking space and a EuropeCar rental agency 5 mins from the complex. The surroundings, i.e. reception, pool, bar, are all pleasant. The beautiful beach is a short pleasant 5 min walk away and connects via a short tunnel to a second beach which typically is more quiet. The atlantic ocean water was just perfect when we were there (end of july). There is a costal path connecting all the beaches and thus you can just walk to the next beaches easily. There are sufficient restaurants/bars within walking distance, as well as two small grocery stores. Slightly further away (15 min walk) there is an fairly large InterMarche that sells nearly everything. There are some comments (see below), but overall, we found it good value for money.

The hotel was away from the town centre, which was not a bad thing. The restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Building quality was the noisiest we have come across. The pool was good. Probably more suited to younger couples and families after a quiet holiday in the sun. Views from the pool area were good. The sea was at least 1 mile away.

Excellent Stay
Myself and my friend brought our two children (both aged 6) for a holiday in Armacao De Pero, we stay in the 2nd week in May so it wasn't the peak time. The hotel is 50 minutes away from Faro airport and you can get taxis or transfers to and back which the staff can organise for you. This by far is one of my favorite places to have stayed. For the price we paid for the stay we weren't expecting much but we were delighted to see that the hotel was more than we expected. The hotel itself was in a nice location, 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach I've ever been on and a 10 minute walk to the local supermarket, there is a lovely restaurant 5 mins from the hotel, it's on the beach front, great service and beautiful food well worth the try. On the grounds of the hotel there is two swimming pools, a small one for the kids and a big one for the adults, there is also a playground across from the pool so the kids were well occupied! There is also a cafe on the grounds. We were delighted with our apartment, it was bright airy and spacious but most importantly spotless! We had a lovely view of the pool as well. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back to this hotel

Bien en générale. On a eu un grand appartement propre pour 3 personnes. On était deux et on a eu deux lits simples qu’on devait coller ensemble et qui se déplaceraient constamment. C’était très grand, propre, changement de serviettes aux 2 jours. Par contre on croyait que sur le site il y avait un endroit pour faire notre lavage, mais ils ont seulement un service quand même cher qui charge par morceau de linge. Par exemple une paire de jeans c’est peut-être 4 euros. Il avait un petit café à côté très bien, un bar et des piscines. On avait aussi air climatisé. Ce que nous avons aimé le moins est le bruit. On entend tout tout tout dedans et dehors. Il n’y a pas vraiment d’insonorisation. On était dans notre chambre porte fermée et porte d’entrée fermée . Notre chambre loin de l’entrée principale du bloc et quand les gens entraient à 3h du matin, pas moyen de ne pas se réveiller avec le bruit et l’écho.
