Villa Monpiti is close to the city with a clear view to the west of the golf course Boa Vista and to the east to Lagos and the landscape.
It has three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms on the ground floor, a large living room with fireplace, two large terraces and a perfectly equipped kitchen on the upper floor, a private heated pool (~ 10x ~ 5m), a carport and a palm garden. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (cooling and heating). From the terraces you have a beautiful unobstructed view of fields and meadows.
The beach is approx. 3 km away, the nearest supermarket approx. 1.5 km, the nearest restaurant 700m and the golf course 200m.
The city center and the port of Lagos can be reached on foot in 20 minutes.
On-site support by our friendly, competent administrator (speaks German, English, Portuguese).
Optional: heated pool for a surcharge of € 150 per week (to be paid on site)

Super Villa.
A well equipped villa with air con, great pool space, shaded parking, gas bbq, black out blinds, Wi-Fi, great showers, and comfy beds.
Located a few 100m from a couple of restaurants (both good value), and further to Lagos town (€7 in a taxi back if needed).
We spent a few days by the pool, and a few on the west coast at Amado beach (amazing, about 30 minute drive).
Communication from the owner great throughout.
We were 4 adults, but would be good for 6 too. Would happily return.

Lagos villa holiday
Lovely villa with all you need for a family stay. Clean and comfortable with air conditioning and a great pool. Would recommend having a car as it's a bit of a walk in the heat to Lagos but good range of restaurants and shops once your there. We had a brilliant holiday

Lovely villa and stay
Would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay near Lagos, and to anyone wanting their own space and home comforts. There is ample outside space with plenty seating; the gardens are well maintained and have lovely colour and the pool (although very cold), is big enough for a swim and for kids to have lots of fun in. Inside the villa, the bedrooms are on the ground floor which provides great access to the pool area; they are spacious with excellent wardrobe/cupboard space; bathrooms are also a good size. The upstairs living area and kitchen is also well equipped. You’ll find air con in each room which was appreciated in the heat of the evenings. My family and I throughly enjoyed staying here and hope to return in the future. There was excellent communication before and throughout our stay with Thomas the owner. Thankyou to Thomas and also Christine who is on hand for any issues during the stay in Lagos.

Lovely Villa
Absolutely lovely villa! Well equipped, and quiet outside area. Gardens were well kept and pool was crystal Clean. Christine, who came to check that we had everything we needed, was very welcoming. Easy 20 minute walk to town, and very cheap Uber home! Enough parking for 2 cars. Villa itself was clean and kept cool at night. With a terrace with sun in the morning and a pool with sun in day to evening, we couldn’t ask for more!
Highly recommend for friends or family looking to stay in Lagos!

Highly suggested for a top vacation!
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house.
Let's start from outside where you can park your car under the shade after opening the gate with remote control.
Surrounded by beautiful plants and palms (among which mango and lime fully blossomed ) there is an extra clean pool .
The pool also feature a jet air tool which is highly enjoyable. The temperature of the water is just perfect (without need of heating, period of stay is August).
Lots of possibility to rest and to eat outside. There is also a barbeque.
Let's enter the house: a large and nice leaving room welcomes you with a table and sofa and armchair , a big tv , fast internet connection and also a small weather statiin on the wall.
You can enjoy sunrise from theveast window and sunset from the west one.
And both windows lead you to 2 balconies with tables and chairs.
We usually had breakfast outside admiring sunrise and dinner inside looking at the sunset.
The kitchen is fully (and I really mean it) equipped! You even have filtered water that you may drink directly from the tap.
From the kitchen you can reach directly the pool area through other stairs.
Downstairs we have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beds are confortable and there is an additiinal tv in the master bedroom.
All windows in the house have electronic blinds and insect nets ( there are none anyway).
Very close to the house there are beatiful and world famous beaches (also cited in the most instagrammable places of Algarve).
