I really enjoyed my stay at the property. I had a free upgrade from a partial view twin room (which had a beautiful view of the lake) to a classic room with a balcony and mountain view. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were comfy and the bathroom was lovely too. I really enjoyed the access to tea and coffee/treats in the lobby area. The staff were friendly and helpful with any queries I had about the city and sights. It's really well located, a couple minutes away from the train station and short walk to the promenade and other restaurants. There were some renovation works in the lobby but I didn't hear that once during my stay. Overall I would definitely recommend a stay here. It felt really luxurious for a very reasonable price.

Fabulous Hotel
We stayed in a Panaromic room and the views were amazing. We lazed around in the hotel all morning as we didn't feel the need to go anywhere else. As it was low season, check in and check out times were flexible. Location is convenient. The gym is small but has all the basic equipment you need to work off the calories gained on holidays :)

Gorgeous views, close to Chillon
We had a nice family room w/gorgeous views, but the restaurant was closed the entire time, so we did not really get what we paid for. Without basic food, we might as well have stayed in a motel. Pros: centrally located, minutes from train station. Breakfast absurdly expensive, no dinner, no parking, no other amenities. Highly recommend Castle of Chillon if visiting area
