The property was nice with a great pool and a swing set. Each room has a balcony and cleaned daily. The bed was very firm and rooms could use a deep clean to get the dust behind the chair and stands. It’s right next door to the magic forest kids amusement park which we enjoyed. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Room was not what we was expecting! Wife was piss!!!! We needed to iron a couple pieces of clothing to wear and there was no iron board or iron to iron. Had to go to the lobby, which is a small area, and was giving a iron and a small board. Staff was nice. Maybe better rooms are there, not the room we were giving!!!!

I did not like the attitude of the people in charge. Apparently, the property is now run by different people, from the last time we were there 2 years ago. They did not seem to care when i brought a safety issue to their attention, due to an accident that happened, to an elderly woman, who needed wheel chair acces. They seemed bothered by the situation and did nothing to help them. My boyfriend and were the ones to help them and try to make acceess to their room more accessible. Also, They send her out a child first to find out what is needed by anyone coming to the desk. And insists on knowing the issue before going and getting the adults. I am sorry but I want to deal with the adults and not take my issues to a child. Very unprofessional. I will never stay at this place again. There is hardly any internet service unless you are at the main building. The ice machine was constantly breaking down. The main office hours are from 8am-10pm. We accidentally locked us out of the room, lol, at 945pm. I went to the from office, and it was already closed. Tried to call the number, but went to voicemail, and then the mailbox was full. No one answered. I went to knock on their door, as they live onsite.they refused to come to the door. I was livid. Thankfully, the doors were old and I could use my credit card to get in. These are just the major issues. There were numerous other little things. Its sad!

Charming stay just outside of Lake George village. The staff was very kind and helpful, and they had a great pool and activities for the kids (playground, basketball, games area). We’d definitely stay again if passing though the area 😊

Great property some missed housekeeping things like dirty tissues near bed and tv channels were not working well so luckily we were really there to just sleep. Overall decent place but really wasn’t there long enough to give a more detailed review.

Nice family owned property
Very friendly owners- clean. A little bit of road noise. However located on the south end of the main strip so overall less activity then being in the main village. Nice grounds well maintained and spotless pool. We would stsy here again while in the area!

Staff was friendly and grounds were well maintained. Enjoyed relaxing at the pool. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location is great half way between the lake and the outlet shopping also parking was great plenty of room.

The room was very clean. The pool was nice but dated. Table tennis, basketball hoop and air hockey equipment in poor condition. No continental breakfast. Average motel stay for $200. a night.

Great hotel with clean pool and fun waterslide which kids will love. Rooms were clean and reception very friendly despite our after-hour arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious rooms. King bed very comfortable. Bigger mini fridge was a bonus. Good location outside of the busyness. Just wish they offered breakfast. Complimentary coffee is offered though.

We asked for handicap accessible room. Was told all rooms had walk in showers. Asked for a shower chair, they did not have one, so we asked for just a plastic chair. The second night we were there we found out they left a chair at neighbors door the chair would not fit in shower. The bathroom was so small that you could use the sink as a grab bar as it was so close to toilet. The sink took up half the narrow entrance to the shower. The bathroom was a big issue as we were not able to shower. The pool and grounds were nice.

Hi Latitisa, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, when booking through a third party like Expedia, your room assignment is based on the room type you book on their site. Your reservation was for our smallest room type, which are classified as our cozy and economy rooms on our website due to their size and cheaper pricing. Additionally, your reservation was never flagged as a handicap reservation, so we were unaware that you needed a handicap accessible room until you arrived. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. We were completely booked that weekend and our handicap rooms were already occupied. Next time, if you call us directly we will be happy to direct you to a larger, more comfortable room. Again, we sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and hopefully we get the opportunity to make it up to you on another visit. Thank you, Lyn Aire Motel

This is a charming, lovely, family owned, and family friendly property. There is a very well maintained heated pool with umbrella tables and chairs. Play area for the children, small outdoor recreation pavilion with ping pong and air hockey table, outdoor grills and picnic tables to enjoy. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. It is in close proximity to the Shopping Outlet, bike/walking trail to Lake George main street and the trolley through town stops right in front. Our family of five was very comfortable, we would definitely stay here again!

We were a large group of people and the staff were very accommodating. I loved the pool and the barbecue area! Even the little playground next to the gazebo made entertaining my young children that much more easier. Would definitely recommend especially if traveling with young children.

Lyn Aire was an amazing place. Rooms were spacious and clean. Will definitely stay again! Highly recommend! Close to town, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Nice pool, huge yard so my 1yr old grandson could run around and nice play ground.

This place was perfect! The staff were really nice and accommodating- they were even able to put our friends in the room next door to make it more convenient for us! It is right on the trolley route. It is far enough from town to have some peace and quiet, but close enough to get there quickly when you wanted to. Thanks

The customer service is always wonderful and we love that we can park our bikes right in front of the room, also a nice pool. We did notice that the rate is higher then in past years with less amenities. There's a frig & microwave but none of the little things that you would expect. No Breakfast, phone, radio, shampoo, hair dryer, pool towels. Just feel that the rate should be a little lower.

Property was great just what you need on vacation a clean place to spend the nights. The gazeebo area was awesome… far enough away from the units to hang out late without disturbing anyone too badly. Just wish they had a place or two to build a fire.

It was super cute and super clean. The pool was awesome and the rooms are large. We had an awesome time, we spent a fair amount of time on the balconies as well. The only thing that frustrated the kids was the WIFI but other than that we had an awesome time.

The staff was very accommodating but the 1st room we were put in reaked of mildew and mold, definitely not healthy. The staff did upgrade us to another room but the 1st room (#26) should NOT be in service... i would think it criminal to charge $225 for a room that had a mold problem. But maybe thats just me?! The 2nd room was much better but still not perfect. The bed had a serious sag in it on one side making it hard to sleep. Otherwise rhe grounds are pleasant, the pool is clean and the location was convenient for us.
