Lower level of condo with private entrance. One standard bedroom and a large studio bedroom. Includes a full private bath. The studio room has two twin beds, a flat screen Roku TV, microwave, and coffee maker. Evenflo high chair supplied. There is a refrigerator but NO STOVE. One guest must be 25 yr old or older with their credit card with HOMEAWAY/VRBO. One parking permit for one vehicle. You are staying in the ground floor of a condo and it is your private space just for VRBO. Welcome......
Public Beaches are in other communities around us, as is golf .. Incline is now just for locals and long termed rentals.

Great place for a simple family ski trip
This is our second winter staying here and it perfectly fits what we are looking for in a family ski trip. Dene is a fantastic host. The condo is homey, well stocked, and short drive to Diamond Peak and Raley's plaza. Neighborhood was quiet with easy parking.

Clean property; good location
Nice condo in a good location. Clear instructions were provided for check-in and check-out. Multiple restaurants, cafes, grocery - all nearby. Parking is easy and the community is quiet and nice. Would definitely book again.
