    Bedroom Layout:

    • Bedroom 1 (Master): Queen bed – sleeps 2 – private bathroom with shower
    • Bedroom 2: King bed – sleeps 2 – bathroom with tub/shower
    • Bedroom 3: One full bed + two twin beds – sleeps 4

Located just minutes from the lake and about 20 minutes from Redding, the home offers easy access to boating, fishing, hiking, and outdoor adventures.

    2. At this time, we only accept mid-term rental (MTR) bookings. The minimum stay is 30 nights, and reservations must be for 30 days or longer.
