Staff were lovely and polite. Bed was clean and comfy. There was an armchair in the room that was broken and the carpet looked like it hadn’t seen a hoover for a while. However these are things that may have just been accidentally missed.
Unclean and poor kept no parking facility’s no card payments no much hospitality the rooms and bed were falling apart bed on top each other very wobbly water for showers were freezing and room was not cleaned after two nights no coffee sugar replacement
Great location and friendly service and staff but no shower no hot water and The family room need lots of tlc DIY wise
clean but the bathroom in the family room is awful... nothing works!!!
The location I very good. Rooms need a lot of improvements. Room door lock was very stiff. My wife and kids couldn’t open it. The shower was unpredictable, kept slowing down to a trickle and would then go cold. All the floors and beds very creaky. With a little bit of investment this could be a very good place to stay given its location.
New Osbourne was a great place to stay single, had all that you needed in room from hair dryer, iron , kettle, tv , heater, could do with that little ect TLC , empty the bin in room, change of bed sheets and sadly no breakfast at property, (Covid times Maybe!) next to pleasure beach weatherspoons so my breakfast and meals on the door step so to speak.

Nice greeting on arrival more than helpful dinning room need to stay unlocked so can play with the pool table on though cold rainny evenings small heater in room not very good shower not very hot also need a drop key safe box's for when leaving early hours no where to leave the keys
I booked a room last minute, when I arrived the owner was very friendly and welcoming! The room was great for the price and the bathroom was nice too!
Breakfast in the morning was fantastic and the service was quick.
This hotel will definitely be my first pick for my next visit to Blackpoolx
Very disappointing! Basic standards should be met in any hotel but they weren’t met here! Hotel and rooms absolutely FREEZING on our arrival even though they knew what time we were coming! Decor grubby, rooms not cleaned properly, electric wires hanging out of sockets, no staff in hotel through the night, breakfast only from 9-9:30. Breakfast itself was good except for the fermented orange juice and SOLID toasted tea cake. And be prepared to pay a fortune for nearest parking or be prepared to walk!
The breakfast was nice, but the room needed updating. The bar was closed throughout our visit. The shower was dirty and the window latches were broken. There was a large stain on the carpet, and the childrens bed kept squeaking all night. Cracks in the ceiling, The lady who met us on arrival was lovely and very welcoming. Dont think we will book there again..

Breakfast was good and staff was happy and pleasant. Although the toliet downstairs wasnt attached to the floor and moved. The bathroom door in the room wouldnt shut and wasnt very clean. The door lock was dodgy. There was a big patch of damp on the wall where water had leaked in and down the wall.

Hi! We’re disappointed to hear the kind of experience you had with us. Rest assured, we’ve highlighted the same to our significant team so that none of our guests come across such hassle in the future. Regards, Ammy
Girls who served at breakfast were lovely. Breakfast itself yummy.
Room was not in good condition, stained sheets, uncomfortable bunk beds. Decorating poor condition. Curtain rail had partly fallen down so light shone through in the morning. No where to hang any clothes or put a towel in the bathroom. Light switch in side room (with bunk beds) too high to reach for anyone under 5 foot 4. Bags of dirty washing in entrance hall as you walk in hotel. Bar not open during our stay, only for breakfast.
I really liked my stay the staff was amazing the room was nice my kids loved it the beds was so comfy and was nice and clean the morning breakfast was beautiful the staff was so helpful on breakfast time I would and will be staying there again
Hotel was ok. Rooms have no table to put drinks, food. Very basic. Breakfast was good. Great location however hard to get parking. Friendly staff. Had a amazing time with family.

Thankyou for your review, we are happy to hear you had a great time in Blackpool. Of course parking is always going to be a challenge given our excellent location right next to Blackpool pleasure Beach. However if you are happy for a five minute walk we are close enough to the largest car park in Blackpool and should you decide to arrive by train we are also a 10 minute walk from the Pleasure Beach rail station.
Room was very unclean, Bins hadn't been emptied, we had to move one of the double beds to fit the travel cot in and underneath was disgusting.
Also had to wait 45 minutes for breakfast

Having refurbished the rooms over the winter period we hope you will enjoy the changes on your next visit.
The man that delt with us was rude and mean. I was made to feel like I was an unconvince to him. I was not told the door code or when breakfast was. There was never any one on site to help. I couldn’t even warm milk for my baby.

I am sorry to hear our staff were below the standard expected during your stay with us. I am sure you have read our many reviews that commend our friendly staff, obviously everyone has a bad day on occasions and for that I can only apologize!
A cracking hotel, excellently situated just off the main road. Close enough to see the lights and the hustle and bustle of Blackpool, but far enough to get a peaceful nights sleep. The staff are very friendly and professional, the room was extremely clean. The beds are some of the best beds that myself, the wife and the kids have every slept in. We are planning to go back again in the future.
If you are looking for a budget bed and breakfast, then this is the place for you. Yes the room we stayed in was basic, but it was quite spacious for the three of us and more importantly it was clean. The staff are very welcoming and polite. The breakfast included was excellent value for money. It was hot, cooked to order with plenty of choice. Location it was on the doorstep of the pleasure beach. The only down part like most hotels in Blackpool parking was a nightmare. I would recommend this hotel as you get good value for money , we paid £65.00 for 2 adults and one child for one night.

Overall review
The hotel is located right next to the pleasure beach and just round the corner from a very large Witherspoon so ideal for good cheap food.
The hotel it's self was fine for a few nights although the shower room wasn't the best, the water seemed to be stuck on V.hot and couldn't be adjusted and the actual shower was tiny my husband had problems fitting and turning around and he isn't exceptionally large.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean, staff friendly and very welcoming. I would stay here again if the shower could be fixed.
Overall a very nice stay.
Great priced hotel. It was clean, comfortable, breakfast was good and it was in a great location to access the beach and attractions. I would stay here again.
Rooms where very tired needing some work toilet and room door handle hanging off . Skirtings in the rooms very dirty wardrobe very unsteady room needed some tlc and maintenance. Between us we had 3 rooms one TV didn't work and all the room where cold through the night and the single pained windows let in drafts. The Main enterence to hotel porch roof was leaking badly and the lights where corroded in the roof due to the dampness also the door mat was soaked through due to the constant dripping from the roof . I stayed 4 nights no clean towels or room tended too. Breakfast was included and was decent . Wouldn't stay here again you are reminded constantly that the hotel won 4 in a bed competition this year! Find this hard to believe
Good location near to Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle and pay car park across road. Hotel looked tatty and dated. Had to wait 15 minutes for room key as it was mislaid. Hotels.com website stated bathtub in rooms which is why we booked there but there were none in the whole hotel only showers. Room was small and dated. Breakfast was ok but had to wait 50 minutes for ours as people who came down after us were being served first, found the waitress rude. It was a bed for the night but wouldn't stay there again.
Brilliant hotel for larger families (mine of 6) breakfast cooked really nice and plenty of options. And a games room for childre to keep them occupied well impressed and would defo go back
We stopped for one midweek night and the hotel was perfectly adequate for that. The owner is friendly & helpful, our connecting rooms were clean - apart from a bit of dust in the bathroom, decor is a little dated but the hotel was having minor repairs carried out during our stay to ensure everything works and all 5 of us had a towel. The bar has a small games room with pool table & table football which was great in keeping the kids entertained in the evening before bed as it rained. The hotel is in South Beach which is a bit rough but it is right next to the pleasure beach & a tram stop so really well positioned to get around. We parked in the travelodge car park directly opposite, if you are lucky you may get a spot on the street.
Close to everything, hotel needs doing up outside paint peeling off an steps leading into it filthy it all looks shabby & dirty not a good 1st impression, no one on desk when we arrived, no one behind the bar, didnt see anyone 2 days we were there except the waitress for breakfast, bathroom & toilet not very clean, bed & pillows comfy thats about it i wouldnt stay again
The shower was red hot my husband couldn't turn it down , could of scolded him , they never told us about stairs my mother in law in in a wheel chair we had to drag her up to the first floor , toilet was not clean , I had to buy wipes to clean it but breakfast was great and the hotel was peacefull but no one used the bar , we all went out
Went for overnight stay to visit Pleasure beach. Right next to pleasure beach and I found parking right outside
(free)! Staff amazing. Breakfast delicious. Room basic but clean. Thanks for a great stay.
