It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room kitchen where there is a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a large terrace, shared with the apartment next door. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room has TV. There is unlimited WI-FI throughout the apartment.

The apartment is located on the pedestrian street that leads to Las Canteras beach and in the other direction to the Santa Catalina park. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and bus stop less than 1 minute around the building.
A few minutes away is the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium, Las Arenas Shopping Center, the new Lidl, the guanarteme neighborhood and Farray Square with a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops, surf school and diving.
Gastronomy is a strong point in this area where restaurants of varied cultures abound, you can find from Latin cuisine to Lebanese, passing through the oriental, the always present Italian, Galician and of course the best Canarian cuisine.
Las Canteras beach, one of the best urban beaches in the world, with a natural rock barrier, which allows you to enjoy the sea as a pool.
The whole area of Las Canteras, is a very lively area, with a 3km walk along the beach, with a great gastronomic and cultural offer along the entire walk. It is an ideal place to enjoy the sea, walks and sports.
